A friend gave me a couple meals from these folks since I was having a hard time cooking healthy. I guy can only have salad once in a while. I was immediately hooked on the food and started ordering from them every week. My weight went down my exercise routine became easier to do. I was doing this for a couple months. Then I decided to take a break..... Yea my weight went up, my cooking sucks and it took longer for me to eat something correctly. So now I'm starting back up again, I'll plan a healthy meal that I make myself but I'm using these nice folks until I get back onto my plan. We've been ordering from them for a couple weeks now. We had a minor issue with our first order and their customer service (Maria) was fantastic - speedy follow-up and resolution. Wonderful experience! If you are considering any kind of meal prep service, at least give them a shot and support a business who knows how to treat its customers right! As far as the food, they offer you a wide selection of options and substitutions, and the portions are very good as well. Considering everything is a total of 2-4 mins prep time, it's fantastic! We've tried Blue Apron and the amount of time you spend prepping, cooking, washing and you still risk hating the meal. Honestly impressed with how well most of the items heat up in the microwave - expected much more rubbery or mushy food, but everything came out pretty well! Being it's on the healthier side of foods, sometimes I like to add my own sauce or dressing to things for an extra bit of flavor - but I'm someone who eats salad only to enjoy the dressing so I'm sure the flavor they give is totally satisfactory to most people. I decided try Fit You to eat quality food and hopefully lose some weight. The meals are delicious. Also one of the big factors that can make eating right hard is eating the same boring meal again and again. Each time I've ordered the 14 pack of fit meals there has been new variety. I cannot say enough about this company. These meals are delicious and honestly the meals are so large and filling that I cannot finish one. I had a small issue with the delivery of my food, and they were kind enough to volunteer to remake all of the meals, no questions asked. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. Have ordered both complete meals and proteins by the pound from here. I recently adopted a paleo lifestyle and although their meals are not advertised as such, many of their options are paleo compliant. Having this service has helped me a great deal while I am learning all new recipes. And I love that every single ingredient in every single meal is listed on the website . I've been looking for a meal service like this for such a long time. Couldn't be more convenient and food taste great. Also I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks without even trying. Love that there's no commitment and that the containers are BPA-free and recyclable/reusable. You don't need to be home for delivery -- they'll just leave your meals on your porch (either in one of their freezer bags or your cooler if you leave one out). Mongolian beef is my favorite entree so far. Some of the sides are meh but you can avoid ones you don't like (to a degree). Chocolate munchkins are delicious. So glad I found this online. read more
