I tasted one and the meat was rather flavorless. Looked good, but was not, to our taste, good. I ordered the brisket sandwich and asked for it to be "lean". BBQ usually is served with the fat and I want to limit my fat intake. The sandwich ($16.50) came on a soft bun heaped with pieces of sliced meat. Very dry and absolutely no fat. A mixed blessing as it was, like the steak taco meat, dry and not much flavor. The service is great and management is fully focused on what is going on in the restaurant.
