I'm always impressed that they remember me and ask about my family, given that they are a busy office with lots of different clients. They are also super flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments and have both early morning and evening appointment slots, which is much appreciated. From a chiropractic standpoint, they helped me with a variety of issues, such as neck/shoulder misalignment from sitting at a desk all day, knees/hips/legs adjustments for running, and overall age-related issues. Always greeted with smiling faces! I've been going to Fitchett for 2 years now. Seeing Jenna for over a year. I went in skeptical at first and nervous. After my first visit an X-rays. We found out I had a healed fracture in my shoulder I was never aware of. My concern was constant pain in my upper and lower back. Due to years of repetitive work in a salon and retail. I also had, an epidural that was done wrong with my second pregnancy that causes inflammation. Thanks to Jenna, I am now free of the constant pain and needing only a few adjustments once a month. During my treatment I also fell and bruised my tailbone. I was in extreme pain and hardly able to walk. Jenna was able to give me minor adjustments and got my moving again in no time. Going to the chiropractor is a family affair for us. We are a family of 5, with three children ages 10,9, and 7. We have been patients for over a year, and the practice has become like family. Fitchett is the best chiropractic center I've ever used, and I've been to a few over the past 20 years. They don't just put you on the table and "crack" your back like the others. I have been seeing practitioners at Fitchett since 2018 during my pregnancy. Dr. Jenna helped my son to turn to head-down from a breech position. I continued to go to Fitchett for adjustments to help my body recover from delivery and continued to help my body cope with my demanding lifestyle with horses and livestock. I've been getting adjusted at Fitchett for a few years now. My back, legs and overall wellness have been better than they were in my 20s. I love how personable the staff are & they're always willing to work with you if you have an issue with keeping an appointment previously made, you get sick overnight & can't make your morning appointment but know you need to go soon than later!
