I was a bit confused and I stated to her why would I come in if I would not have an adjustment. That makes no sense. I stated to her that I would only be here another 2 weeks and I really need an adjustment. I asked to speak to the office manager she stated she is the office manager. I then asked her for her name. She refused to give me her name. This office does not care for people they care about making money and insist you get X-rays even after you tell them you have current X-rays. The receptionist was very rude and not accommodating at all. If you're looking for a caring chiropractor don't come here.

Sadly this is how most health care is run today. Perhaps the insurance wont pay for the MRI until all the Chiropractic and PT is done but its a terrible process. The staff there is very caring and maybe Im being unfair but it seems like an xray or some diagnostic imaging should have been done of the shoulder to determine the root cause of the pain since I was basically being treated for frozen shoulder when Im bone on bone with a rotator cuff tear.

My injury was complex and to my back and when i first started going here i was in extreme pain no matter how i tried to position myself. Each time i leave the office I can feel my back getting better and stronger then the last visit. When I first started I couldn't even pick up my two year old and now I am conscious of my injury and watch my motions but am at least able to play with him and pick him up again. Dr. Booth is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. When I come in the office I will describe the symptoms I have and hes able to pinpoint what areas need to be worked on and by the time I leave I can feel real noticeable relief. The last thing i will say is the girls in the front office are extremely polite and personable. Every time I walk in I get a loud greeting, smile and with eye contact. Reminder calls are done every day I have an appointment and if I ever needed to reschedule it has never been a problem. Dr. Booth is the only doctor I have ever been to that I haven't waited more then five minutes in the waiting room. I don't know how he does it but its truly amazing. I would recommend my mom to go here if she needed!
