Dr Rinow and his staff are amazing…read more I have not seen him or needed his help for over a year but before that he really helped me and guided me to correct path. I suffered for lower back pain for years and my old chiropractor had left and I decided to give this place a call. I was politely greeted and scheduled for a day to come in ASAP. X-rays were taken and a scan of my back muscles were taken. I saw dr Rinow 3x a week and started to feel better after his first adjustment. I even noticed getting out the car was easier for me and i knew i had made the right decision. I continued to come and continued to feel better but then I told him how I wasn't feeling right. After a few weeks we redid scans and i wasn't doing better and he sent me for an mri bc he said he didn't think what he was doing was helping me. After that I brought him my results and I had a herniated disc. After trying a few things with him my neurologist sent me to a neurosurgeon who operated. Because of Dr. Rinow I probably would've never been "fixed". If you're reading this, thank you Dr Rinow thank you Sherri and thank you Matt! You all are honestly the most kind caring health care provider & associates I have ever worked with. And I recommend to anyone you guys!

Sadly this is how most health care is run today. Perhaps the insurance wont pay for the MRI until all the Chiropractic and PT is done but its a terrible process. The staff there is very caring and maybe Im being unfair but it seems like an xray or some diagnostic imaging should have been done of the shoulder to determine the root cause of the pain since I was basically being treated for frozen shoulder when Im bone on bone with a rotator cuff tear.

He came in, told me there is nothing wrong with your feet. He recommended New Balance shoes. There is a NB store across street. The 10% off coupon helped a lot. The shoes have basically taken care of the pain. He also wrote a prescription for physical therapy for a month. I didn't go because my feet at much better.
