I'm happy I did. It was a great class and a fantastic work out! We did 10 rounds of stations and cardio before and after. Each person had to track their rounds on a card. Every person who finished the 10 rounds was awarded a medal for completing the 10 rounds. It was a great motivator! Frank's wife was so helpful and motivating, also! She even worked out with me after she completed her 10 rounds. She was so kind to this! She wanted me to finish my 10 rounds, so she encouraged me by working out beside me. What a great experience! They will not allow you to cancel in person or on the phone. The staff was NOT helpful and barely even there to check you in at the front desk. The reason I rate this gym as the worst is not because it is the dirtiest, although cleanliness isn't a priority. I've been to gyms where you needed to get a tetanus shot before picking up the bar because of the rust caused by humidity. The reason this gym is the worst is because neither the owner nor the manager care about members' well being. I've been a member here for about 2.5 years and the handicapped lift for the pool and Jacuzzi have been inoperable the whole time. I am not the only disabled person being affected, but the owner couldn't care less. If any equipment breaks down, it is a month before it is repaired. In fact, there's one urinal in the men's bathroom that has been inoperable for going on 2 months now. All of the above, I can deal with although it is hardship getting in and out of the pool. However, the one thing I refuse to tolerate is being bullied and threatened by the manager of this facility (Jason Pfeiffer). Jason has threatened to cancel my membership twice for absolutely no reason! The last time was August 12th when he told my aide that if I complained to him about an issue, he was going to cancel my membership. The first time was one month ago when I confronted him about lying about me behind my back. I do not believe he would have behaved this way if I wasn't in a wheelchair. Maybe he's just antisemitic. After this incident, I emailed the owner and never received a reply, let alone intercede on my behalf. How the owner could allow a person like Jason Pfeiffer be the face of the franchise is indicative of a person who just doesn't care about his members' well being. To allow Jason Pfeiffer to be able to cancel memberships arbitrarily without cause just reinforces this fact. Update: Since my disability makes it difficult to speak, I contacted a friend to intercede on my behalf to ask Jason why he keeps threatening to cancel my membership. He talked to Jason and Jason then proceeded to cancel my membership and trespassed me. I had many friends at this gym. The owner refused to speak to my wife to try to get my membership reinstated. What kind of people are these to treat a disabled veteran so poorly for absolutely no reason?

I was doing Crossfit for a almost a year before I started at Crossfit CDI, and I left in better shape and stronger than I came in. Darren is an excellent coach who can help people of all skill levels. He is an extremely active coach who will help make sure you are using the correct form while simultaneously pushing you to be your best. With Darren having a background in physical therapy he knows the best way to avoid injury and will provide you with additional stretches and movements to help stay loose and active. Lastly, the environment of the class is very welcoming and everyone will introduce themselves. Crossfit CDI has built a great community that you do not find at many gyms and it makes going to the gym much more enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Crossfit CDI and would recommend it to all people of any skill level!

We made the assumption that they may not be open, and we decided to call back an hour before and leave a message stating that we are unable to make it and asking if there was any way we could refund or reschedule the class. 10 minutes before the class was about to begin (we are located 45 minutes away) We received a rude and unprofessional text stating that there was no snow near her, and we would not be receiving any refund. After trying to mitigate the situation, we received multiple more rude texts and then no response. Today, one week later, we received a text about a class scheduled for the next day. Due to the absolute lack of communication, we had no previous knowledge of this class. When I called to ask what this new class scheduled was, I was met with extreme rudeness and was cursed out. All my communication was with Tia, I had tried to speak to her with respect and figure out the situation, but it was clear that she had zero customer service skills.

I have been attending classes at Body Rhythms Life Fitness for almost a year now and I cannot say…read moreenough good things about the business and the owners. I normally attend the Zumba classes on Monday/Wednesday evenings, but have also tried out Pound. They have a wide variety of classes (yoga, barre, etc). I prefer working in a group class setting so this place is perfect for me. I really enjoy the Zumba classes. It is just plain fun, but you also get a great work out. Their Zumba classes are structured as a "learn as you go". I was intimidated by this at first because I am used to Zumba classes that teach you eight count by eight count, but you can pick up on the steps pretty easily. There is a rhythm and pattern to them, plus the owners/instructors Melissa & Monica give hand signals as well. I really like that they add in new songs and routines often. They really stay relevant. Sometimes I'll hear a song and think "this just came out on the radio!" M&M are always encouraging and they inspire me to try to be better. I really don't have much rhythm at all, but it really doesn't matter and I like that. You don't feel embarrassed. There is a wide range of types of people (men and women, old and young, older adults and young adults) that attend the classes so you never feel awkward. Everyone is just there to have fun and because they love M&M so much. It's like a community at Body Rhythms. I would definitely recommend it to others.
