Everything is good and good machine but one thing i don't like it was they didn't have nice pull ups bar for doing muscle ups because I like to do hybrid calisthenics and weights. I mean they didn't have a straight pull ups bar I feel so sad. And they should have fix that or update it. Also the ceiling is very close to the pull ups bar that mixing up with deadlifts squats racks. Going to cancel them soon. read more

I joined bcuz it's very close to my new job so I had high hopes:.. but the amount of equipment to members (especially from 5-7) is absolute crap... having to wait in line is laughable.. even the little VIP room is pretty pathetic. They should be planning capacity based on peak times. That's planning 101... SO SO HAPPY this place opened up like 4 min from our house! It's so new, clean, pretty and the staff are pretty nice. Great amenities like hydro massage and red light therapy / tanning. Lots of stair masters and cardio machines! 2 pull areas, lots of benches in front of the mirror, 6 squat racks and a nice turf area in the center. There's different classes and a cycling room as well. They also have an app where you can track progress, book classes and use it to check in, or use your little barcode! read more

Our Zumba instructor , Myrtle Andres is excellent.I usually attend her class and always looking forward to it. Class is very energetic, v. good music . All age levels can be in her class. 5* for Myrtle. Very good rapport with attendees. In the gym there's always availability of trainers if someone needs help. Lots of different classses to choose from. I should have given a 5* review in general for the review except for just a minor aspect in Fitness 19 . Happy to say very satisfied in joining this gym that I avail of their Lifetime membership recently. Highly recommended. read more

If you need someone personable and positive book a session with him, I typically book mornings and it sets the day with great energy and intention. I was looking for a new gym in the area, and Fitness 19 had just opened. I had been with 24 Hour for as long as i can remember. Most in the area have closed, and Fitness 19 was way more convenient to get to. I decided to check it ,expecting not to like it, since it looks like a small, insignificant gym from the outside. But when i went i got a tour and was actually so impressed by the amenities, i signed up immediately. I started working out the next day. I was much more comfortable with this gym, because unlike at 24, there aren't a bunch of people taking pictures in the mirrors or recording themselves for Instagram and TikTok. Since i had just signed up i got a free Training session, which i usually always decline because i don't like to be pressured into being upsold, but i decided to do the session. I actually liked my session with Milena so much i signed up for 6 months. Milena was so understanding, professional, helpful, and great to work with. I'm actually going to keep working with her longer than the 6 sessions, which i can't believe im doing. I've had strength and balance problems from an injury and Milena has definitely made me stronger and more balanced from my sessions with her. She makes sure I'm getting the most out of our sessions. She shows me new exercises each time. And after our sessions i absolutely feel like i've had a good work out. I can't recommend Fitness 19, or Milena, enough. i should mention the training sessions, and Fitness 19, are very affordable. read more

My boyfriend & I have been coming here for the past few months and what initially made us sign up here rather than any other gym was the price of the monthly membership along with how nice and new the space was. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. We recently tried a few of the classes as well. We really enjoyed both AJ (Airam) & Cheryl's Zumba classes. Both of the instructors are super energetic and welcoming! We always look forward to attending both of their classes. We also tried the cycling class with Michelle and had the best first time experience with her. She is so sweet and fun! We hope more classes open up with her during the week because as of right now, the classes are only every Thursday. The massage beds at the front of the gym is our fave spot to chill out and relax after a good workout. Overall, highly recommend this gym! read more

Definitely recommend to try out HIIT classes with Raymond, he is very consistent, and didn't miss a single class since October 2022. The gym is 6/10, I've noticed the bathrooms are not very clean and well maintained at all, which is odd because there is always employees just standing around. Also the gym is always so packed almost to a point where no machines are open. This gym has good equipment but they over admit people on a daily basis it's hard to get a good workout in truthfully. I understand they wanna get money but they should also think about their clients and how it effects them and their fitness goals. Personally, I think they should have a daily cap or have individuals make reservations for the use. It seems like I can't ever get a great workout in because it's always so busy which is frustrating and disappointing honestly. read more
