It takes about 20-25 minutes twice a week, you can show up in street clothes because they keep the room cool so that you don't get sweaty, and you work out in a super-slow way to avoid injury but maximize rapid muscle fatigue which leads to muscle improvement. Every one of the trainers is competent and caring and they compliment each other's style. It's not cheap but it is so worth it. I am 65 and always had a somewhat wimpy grip. There are folks of every fitness level who are committed to improving themselves. No one will judge you here based on your current level of fitness. We are all just trying to improve ourselves and have fun doing it. 2. It is a safety-first gym. Jodi will go over every second of every movement to make sure you know how to perform the lift. And if the form needs to improve, she'll tell ya that too. But even her critiques come from a place of concern for safety. 3. Friendship. They also sent a team out to move the equipment and assemble it exactly where the customer wanted it.
