The equipment is great. I loved the turf that spanned the entire length of the gym. Multiple platforms, squat racks, and benches. Loved how much equipment and room there was for Olympic lifting. They have a small 'pro shop' with protein powders, Quest bars, pre workout, etc. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions. We are now living back in Hattiesburg and wish we could workout here. However, there is no childcare, which is the only downfall of this facility.

They will hit you with a yearly maintenance fee they won't tell you about. They continued to bill during a pandemic and will demand you come in to cancel "during a pandemic". Look for 18.00 late fees if the card they have on file doesn't clear and then they will threaten you with collections. When you do go in to cancel they demand you pay the back amount and threaten to keep billing you monthly and with late fees until you pay. Basically extortion!! Run as far away as you can and get your exercise that way; trust me it's cheaper in the long run.

As a normal gym it gets pretty crowded around 5:30-6. They also don't care if you come in there after your pre-gym cigarette, won't say a thang! Seems to be a good group of workers there, and the owner is a purty nice guy. In ending my review I can say this place has changed my life. I used to have dominos on speed dial, 5:01, right after work I was calling in for pizza. Now at 5:01, I'm lacing up my brooks and heading to 24/7 to get fit. Okay, so I'm going to try to keep this succinct. This is BY FAR the WORST PF location I have been…read moreto (and I have been to A LOT). The staff is fine - no issues with friendliness or anything like that, but the actual gym itself... yikes. 1) DO NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES drink the water from the fountain/water refill station in this gym. The refill light is (and has been) red for who knows how long, but the staff just put a piece of electrical tape over the lights so you can't outright see that. Jeez. Like just order a filter replacement! The station itself is also FILTHY. 2) Several pieces of broken equipment at this location, and not just broken, but not very well maintained generally speaking. There is no level of care put into maintaining this gym at all. It's not at all treated like something they want to last. It isn't outright dirty and gross, but it is by no means the most clean location that I've been to. Those are my two biggest issues with this location. It has potential (especially being that it's the only location in the city), but it just kind of sucks, and the lack of integrity (the water refill station thing really irks my nerves - because it's the simple things) is disheartening. Two stars instead of one for the simple fact that it does have the things you need generally speaking.
