I bought with me three old pairs of shoes (indoor running shoes, outdoor running shoe, and basketball shoes). The staff measure my feet, test physically (walking, running, etc...), exam the old shoes, and sample others new shoes that you like and recommends which shoes are good for you. I was there at least 30 to 45mins of trying three new pair of shoes, while running a block to see if it feel right, look right, and function the right way it should be. BEST OF ALL When I was running wearing the new shoes (Progrid Triumph 6, Cost Total of $180. 79) IT FEELS THAT I AM NOT WEARING ANY SHOE AT ALL and THERE WERE NO PAIN in my angle or joints. He gives accurate estimates for when servicing will be done. I do wish that they had longer hours. It's darn near impossible to get a Saturday appointment and the hours during the week are mostly 9:00-18:00 except for 9:00-20:00 on Thursday.

No fuss, no muss, easy in easy out, no hassles at all - friendly staff. Not even a deep sigh or "i don't know if we can do this comment" I find more and more the worth of a store is how they treat you when you need them to take stuff back or fix something. I was impressed. Also liking their much more diverse woman's selections of clothes. Wearable and even feminine while sell focusing on good basics.
