I wish I could give negative stars. This bike shop took my bike and did there best tune up on…read moreit...... I guess tightening the crank bolt wasn't on the check list. So picture your self doing your fast lap around fanshawe your feeling awesome and confident because you just had your bike tuned. Then 8 km's in you take a little bump and the bearing side of the crank falls off.... It f%@&$ falls off.!....so I limp my busted ass out of the woods for 16kms... Then when I call the shop they say it's not there fault and that I must have done something to it. Upon further inspection they actually stripped the bolt on my bike during the tune up and tried to lock tite my crank back together. Guess they should've just been honest... They still haven't rectified the situation. First street cycle rocks!
