(She called me to address this and turns out the lousy customer service is on her part, she runs the place with an iron fist). Finally, this instructor "Rob" would not let me deviate from the weight routine at all and forced a confrontation. Look, I lift up to 3 plates on each side at the gym and need to level up my workouts. Doing step ups or a simple plank isn't going to give me any gains or soreness. I started going to Luke's morning classes with my sister and neighbor. My sister warned me before I started, "careful... it's addictive."
