It would be better and more efficient to send one of your personnel to the party to verify heights (which they did for us, but is not the typical process). (2) Have separate lines for payment and shoes. During my party, I spent a lot of time waiting in long lines for shoes and balls. (3) Allow customers to make pizza topping and drink selections online instead of at the party. They ask for you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Consider time spent waiting in line to get your lane assignment, decorating, greeting guests who also arrive a little early, getting shoes, and placing the food order. Just something to think about.
