The instructor was amazing, just a wonderful human and really in tune with the group and making it the best experience for all of us. There were many different levels of yogis, including the brides mom who had never done yoga before, and some more practiced girls. They were incredibly accommodating and able to meet everyone's levels and needs with grace. Arms and shoulders were varying degrees of sore the next day. We peeked at the Zumba class going on after yoga, and it looked like a high-energy party. They do also offer yoga on the beach though, so that is also an option if that's your thing. All in all it's not a bad studio, but it's not what I'm personally looking for.
