The staff here are friendly and the prices don't indicate that they are (were) the only show in town. Store is clean and organized (men's and women's have their own areas). Small selection of actual sporting equipment on hand. For the size of store, a really good selection of shoes to browse, but another nice thing, they aren't so crowded that nobody offers to help you. They are good about checking on you and making sure that you don't need any help for anything which is a nice touch. I will continue to shop here and check out what they have before trying other locations in the area.

Our treadmill that we bought from FitnessZone several years ago (they were great to buy from) broke during covid-19, and we needed it repaired. Nathan and Jake came out to assess, and ordered the part. It took awhile for the part to arrive due to covid-19 backups with the manufacturer (like everything else), but Nathan kept us in the loop with phone calls of the status. He came out to fix it right away when the part arrived. Nathan is absolutely awesome -- he knows what he's doing, is professional, kind, and goes the extra miles to ensure the job is done right! We will definitely be doing business again with FitnessZone for future home gym equipment, and highly recommend them. read more

I searched for a "waterrower" on line for days. The machines were either out of stock or not shipping for 6 weeks. I finally discovered that FitnessZone had the machine I wanted in stock. I read reviews and decided to take a chance and order. I placed my order during the afternoon on December 28. It was shipped from Alabama and I received my machine in Pleasant Hill, Ohio, by FedEx at noon on December 31. It was packed well and arrived undamaged. Free fast shipping. Can't beat it. As I live hundreds of miles away and therefore do not know the company I phoned to see how responsive they were. Amazing - Greg and Kyle answered the phone straight away, answered all my queries and gave me the confidence to place my order. So glad I did, the service was impeccable - They kept me informed of each stage of the process and when Fedex were unable to deliver due to extremely bad weather I was notified and delivery was then arranged at my convenience. The woman that sits closest to the door when you walk in is very friendly and greets you with a smile. However, the other one is awful. When I arrived, I signed in on the sign-in sheet and sat down. About five minutes later Miss Attitude called my name and I went up and told her that I was picking up a neb. She then replied, "let me see if it's here because it was marked for shipping", which I did not request by the way. At this point she goes to the back and returns a few minutes later with the neb. She then hands me paperwork to sign and tells me I owe like fourteen dollars and change. I asked why and she says"it's your copay", I then say not possible because my insurance doesn't have a copay. She then proceeds to tell me that my policy is 90/10 and I owe $14. All the while she had a nasty look on her face and was rolling her eyes. I explained to her that I had reached my out of pocket max for the year so, I shouldn't owe anything. Again, she rolls her eyes and tells me she has to re-verify. A few minutes later she emerges with the same nasty look and eye rolling and hands me the machine. Finally, she asked if I knew how to operate it and I said no so, she proceeded to show me. Since I was fed up with her, I decided I'd just read the instructions. I WILL NEVER USE THIS MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY AGAIN!! Apparently she just thought I was stupid when she clearly didn't know the difference between a copay and coinsurance.
