We gave the file (.ai, pdf and a Jpg) of the logo. Gave simple instructions. Said it will take 5 days Went to go pick it up it wasn't ready and so it came back another week later. Went to go to pick up the order, they informed at the time of the pick up, oh we changed the logo. WHAT THE ACTUAL F??? They already printed on 10 shirts and said they changed the logo without consulting the customer about their company logo. WHO DOES THAT! Usually they will inform you oh you know we can't read the file, we need the font. Nope nothing. I went in to ask what happened? Since I'm the designer and my customer would of told me "oh we need the font or something is wrong" me and my client were ALWAYS IN COMMUNICATION IF SOMETHING WAS GOING WRONG. When I came in, I explain and questioned why they didn't communicate to my client that the logo was going to first change or they needed the font ? She changed her story twice, first: oh I didn't see the change when I scanned in his business card (what ??!!! why would you scan the business card for the logo if we provided you the flash drive with the file?), Then she said : oh I discuss this with your client, Wait what you just said you didn't notice the change? When the logo IS VASTLY DIFFERENT AND NOW YOU SAID YOU TALK TO MY CLIENT. The client said no one ever spoke to him and if they needed anything he had no problem contacting me. Lastly, she just looked at me and said "so what do you want me to do about it" Excuse me??? Fix it for free????!!!! I decided she wasn't worth it to get angry. What I only said to her was "I wish you would communicate better for a better outcome of product to your clients" NEVER again.
