I asked to perform the buyout option to cancel my membership and I was fine with paying the remaining balance, but I still was forced and required to go back and forth through various emails and calls that stated that I needed to provide actions that I already provided, to initiate the cancellation. I was told to send an email with my name, account number, and stating I was canceling via buyout option yet received 3 emails stating that they were sorry but I was only eligible to cancel via the buyout option!?!??!?! They are stuck in a loop which seems 100% intent on forcing the consumer to experience the most frustration and agony imaginable to hopefully give up on pursuing the cancelation request. I've dealt with many service provider before that perform these shady tactics and ABC Financial is atrocious at providing support and an intuitive experience for their customers as a part of the vendor of PowerHouse. I strongly recommend not getting tied up with a service provider that is leveraging ABC Financial as a vendor if you need to have a smooth, normal experience at managing your account and services. You have been warned.

I explained multiple times that it showed the same on my end, but the payment had never actually been withdrawn from my bank account. He told me that if the issue wasn't resolved by the next day, I should contact him again. When I did, he said he would waive the late fee if I left cash at the gym. However, I couldn't even access the building because my membership had been deactivated due to the billing issue. I reached back out to ask how I was supposed to make the payment, only to be told not to contact him again because I was "reaching out too much." When the only contact number listed for all four locations is the owner's personal number, I'm not sure what customers are expected to do when they need help. I also requested to place my membership on the three-month hold that he had previously told me was available. He instructed me to contact the billing company, but they informed me they don't handle membership holds. That left me with no option but to contact him again. I understand not wanting to receive business calls at all hours, but if that's the only customer support contact provided, customers shouldn't be criticized for using it. The lack of professionalism and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the issues don't stop there. The gyms themselves are often dirty, and the location closest to me consistently has more machines out of order than machines that are actually working. Considering members pay both a monthly membership fee and an annual equipment maintenance fee, it's frustrating to see so many machines left unusable.

They never fix the broken stuff. Theoretically, this is a 24/7 gym, but the door malfunctions often, so don't count on getting in. There is no regular cleaning of any kind, so the place is a petri dish. Literally, anywhere else would be better.

I got to try a few things out during an open house, and was pleasantly surprised at the fun activities available. Rowing was my favorite, as it was the easiest to figure out, although we also tried rope climbing, tire flipping, and rock climbing. The rock climbing was very fun, and you actually go up pretty far. I wasn't able to see what the pool was like, as I got there a bit late, but I've heard nothing but good things. One really wonderful thing I was so grateful for was the fact that there was a cheap little store right at the exit/entrance, so you could get yourself a few snacks and a drink after all that hard work, or for later on.

I purchased a groupon for 3 pole dancing classes. I went to the Intro class first and had Julia as…read morean instructor. I LOVED how she started the class, made everyone forget about their outside worries and stresses, and make us look forward to what was ahead. The class was great (which is why I hesitate giving only 3 stars). From there I signed up for the Level 1 class knowing I would only go twice more. It was explained that we were to learn something new each time and build upon what we previously learned. The first class was great, and I learned a lot of ways to go down the pole. However, you had to sign up in advance for the class and there were 2 extra people, meaning 2 poles had 2 people on them. For a 1 hour class I didn't love the fact that I had to share a pole, kind of took away from the class in my opinion. Why sign up in advance if they're not going to cut the class at 10 for the 10 poles? (9 if you count the instructor's pole). The 3rd class I went to didn't really add anything more on the pole, but she opted to teach us wall dances. Again, this was a pole dancing class, so I wasn't soo excited about the wall. And the instructor was coming off of being sick and really made that known to us, quite a few times, and it was sort of distracting to the class. This one felt very forced and not as fun as the first two.

Luckily for us and hopefully those looking to see if this is worth it. We decided to try something new and just do it! It is totally worth it! The fun we had doing this was overflowing! We laughed, cheered each other on, and overcame. It took a few flops to get it right. But that's common when you are learning something new! I was very lucky to learn four different apparatuses in Aerial Yoga and some pole dancing moves! Coming to Flyfit is definitely a good choice! You just feel so empowered at the end of every class. It makes you want to come back and learn more. Which is exactly what happened to me. I can't wait to show off my new moves.
