The intensity of the workout forced me to my limit, but they did let people do it on their own pace. The complementary facilities like locker, shower room, and even free towels made bunch of plus points, though one downside might be I'd prefer it to be cleaner (read: the women's bathroom might need more frequent cleaning especially with shedding hair). You did have the option to indulge post the workouts by getting their smoothies, which was also available to be pre-ordered and tailored to your preference by customizing the ingredients. From day one, Whitney was encouraging, thorough, and helped me feel welcome in an environment that had at one time brought me a lot of anxiety. She was able to diagnose the muscular imbalances that were causing pain, and we set out on a routine that truly transformed my life! I, like many of us, spend a lot of time working on a computer and my posture really suffered from it. Whitney focused on strengthening and lengthening muscles that were previously pulling my head and shoulders forward, which has reduced a ton of neck & upper back discomfort and improved my posture overall. Anyway I think it's a good option if you want a CrossFit gym that allows 24/7 access.
