Where to begin - CoreSpark is the best in every way. The owner Danielle is so easy to work with - both on logistics of busy mom life and moving appts, and making working out super fun. I see Danielle when I want an up-beat get your booty in gear workout and I see Brianna when I want a zen, deep, classic Pilates flow. There's such a range of equipment and you have the entire studio to yourself so if something doesn't feel right, there's so much one on one attention that they'll move you to another piece of equipment to modify for your body. I've been having private sessions with Danielle for the last three months and CANNOT recommend her enough!! As a quick backstory, I've been incredibly unathletic all my life -- straight Cs in PE classes growing up (it's possible), never run more than a quarter of a mile, quit after trying 3 personal training sessions at local gyms because I got extremely nauseous each time, etc. I had all but given up on my weak body but decided to take one more leap of faith with Danielle's Pilates sessions and it's been such an awesome experience!! Danielle was so encouraging and patient with me from the start, helping me through basics and "feel good" stretches that warmed me up to the idea of Pilates without straining my body. Once I settled into the rhythm of things, she's steadily challenged me through increasingly difficult workouts, which are SO fun and satisfying to work through! UPDATE! I have now been a client of Danielle's for almost 4 years. I was SO sad when the studio was closed but she made it work and we did FaceTime sessions instead. She still kept it challenging and was able to give me a real work out. I used to take private Pilates because I needed the one on one critique/adjustments from an instructor. I now can say I take private Pilates because of Danielle. The service and environment she provides makes you feel safe to be working out during this time. Mask is required, sanitizer provided, open space with plenty of open windows and doors, and at the end of every session she does a thorough wipe down of all of the equipment.
