I was working blind as the car was in Ohio and I was in California. Mike sent me detailed photos and even had their body ship address a minor scrape on the quarter panel. I asked if they would certify it so it would be covered under GM's CPO program. Mike took care of that at no extra charge. His communication was timely and thorough. He sent me all the documents next day and once I wired the payment. He sent the finalized documents as well. I arranged the shipping of the car to California.
