They promised they would call FSBOs from data they provided and Expireds from data I provided. They never called the Expireds. All the lead emails are exactly the same with the only thing that changes is names and phone numbers. When I complained that I was not getting the service I contracted for the emails were ignored. When I got back in touch with the sales rep that sold me on it, I finally got a response via email, given excuses how my point of contact was the only one responding emails and he had not been able to get back to me in a timely manner. The situation was never remedied. Less and less leads as months went on. Do not use this company. Save yourself the money and just get the data yourself from RedX or Vulcan, and hire your own VA. Cheaper and better results. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: the response below contains multiple inaccuracies, with the most important being my failure to communicate. The information contained in their "referrals" was less than what I would was able to get in my own via RedX. I never once received an actual appointment as promised.
