She scatters around trying to find her manager, says she can't find her and then ask for her three times on the walkie-talkie. FINALLY She answers. The employee doesn't even tell her our problem or that will be really quick or anything like that. all she says is, " there are two people at the front desk that want me to open the fitting rooms" the employee asked how many atoms we have in a bunch of that kind of stuff. And she says we have five minutes. Like yeah that's enough time but still! I usually love H&M, but this was the worst experience I've ever had there and that's not even all, when we're done a few minutes later we go up to check out and while we're checking out, the same lady that was at the front desk earlier, put the closed register sign up 15 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE. then when you're almost done, checking out, the manager comes up to the front desk and talk to the girl that was checking us out and talks to her about how she can't wait to leave.
