It's clear he is using customers' money for something else because this pattern of delays, excuses, and disappearing acts is constant. DO NOT pay him upfront. DO NOT hire him. If you ignore this warning, expect to get ripped off. To make matters worse, he also did logs for my friends (who I had originally recommended him to), and they arrived broken.
