Clean store located inside the Town Center Mall. I love their reasonably priced items. Good selection of mens, womens, and childrens clothing, assessories and shoes. I love the H&M stores. However, the clothes these stores carry are maybe for younger audience. I have purchase several gift cards from there. Today I also found out, that you can bring old clotes to H&M stores. They will be made into new fabrics and will not be used as a landfill. At Town Center the recycling bin is located on the ground level in the womens section. Great idea. read more

I had the WORST experience tonight at H&M!! keep in mind, we got there at 8:25 PM, and they close at 9:00. as soon as we got there, one person at front desk,and no greeting,not even a "hey", i was like, ok! understandable, probably tired! i can't fit in many jeans, so we grabbed a few and some tee shirts. we head to the fitting rooms and THERE CLOSED. 20 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE, AND THEY CLOSE THE FITTING ROOMS. we find a employee walking around and ask if she can open the fitting rooms and we tell her that we will be extra quick. She scatters around trying to find her manager, says she can't find her and then ask for her three times on the walkie-talkie. FINALLY She answers. The employee doesn't even tell her our problem or that will be really quick or anything like that. all she says is, " there are two people at the front desk that want me to open the fitting rooms" the employee asked how many atoms we have in a bunch of that kind of stuff. And she says we have five minutes. Like yeah that's enough time but still! I usually love H&M, but this was the worst experience I've ever had there and that's not even all, when we're done a few minutes later we go up to check out and while we're checking out, the same lady that was at the front desk earlier, put the closed register sign up 15 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE. then when you're almost done, checking out, the manager comes up to the front desk and talk to the girl that was checking us out and talks to her about how she can't wait to leave. The cashier referred me to manager/supervisor Ms. KM was polite and explained what she can do for this transaction. She spoke very softly where I could not understand her and asked her to repeat each time what she is saying(as her facial expression was ok I have to repeat this again based on my perception) I am hearing impaired and obviously I spoke very loudly plus she made me more upset during the conversation progressed which I admit my tone of voice got louder and louder. I did not swear but literally said this effing crazy. I was not threatening her either. Obviously she thought I was threatening and yelling at her but I was very upset and disturbed already because she said she can give me a refund and need to purchase the right size but she will not give me a discount for the one I am purchasing (about $6 to $7 difference). Your policy indicates you can exchange it at the store. Of course my tone of voice got louder due to my disappointment/frustration and she said to tone it down otherwise she will call security! Wow! Really ! Then a customer standing in line made a statement that if she needs to support her she will be there for her. Really ! That made me more upset. So I walked out very upset how this was handled !!. I was not a very happy customer! Went home and was so bothersome by the situation that I decided to call customer service and discussed my concern. Hold & behold , this customer service provided me with a solution! I received a quick solution within minutes! Received a return label via email and to top off an additional discount for the new item so I can order the right size. Yes, I spoke loudly too! This was handled within minutes! WOW! I wished I would have done that before wasting gas to go to this retail store . It seems that the online process is handled more smoothly than the this particular retail store with that particular person. KM! I don't think she realized I am hearing impaired. This is my favorite H& M in the area. I've been to Lenox, Perimeter and Northpoint and this one at Town Center has the friendliest people. They not only will help you find sizes but will take stuff off your hands as you're trying stuff on in the dressing room. They'll bring you a different size if you need it or if you decide you want another color-they'll do that for you too...really fantastic! I have a thing for H& M's purses. They're non-leather (which means no animals died so I could have a purse) They look and feel expensive on top of being super cheap. But just because they're cheap doesn't mean they don't last or skimpy on features such as inner lining or zippers and things of that sort. I have a nearly 10 years old H&M black purse that's still going strong. In fact in my yelp profile picture that's the $7 purse I got at this location.... It's true that this location isn't as big as the others around but I like it that way. I'm not a big fan of this location, the store didn't seem big enough. The other locations just seem to have more and look as if they are better organized. The clearance area seemed a bit messy and the jewelry was everywhere. I found a great deal on a hat & scarf set, at $3.00 you really can't beat that. Sizes run small as far as the clothing( and I'm not just saying that because I gain weight-lol ). You may want to try the Cumberland Mall or the Atlantic Station location for a better shopping experience. read more

Second time shopping here and both were HORRIBLE experiences. I felt like I was being watched as soon as i entered the store both times and thats a red flag for me. I have friends who have said they have had similar experiences and it is unacceptable in this day and age and I don't feel I need to explain why. When approached by an employee (on the mens floor) it was very rude and unnecessary. While trying on clothes in the fitting room an employee walked in on me with no apology. I bought a sweatshirt from here a few days ago. The person checking me out forgot to remove the sensor but I did not notice until I got home. I go back the next day to get it removed. First there is a long line THEN I get to the front and explain the situation. She demands for my recite right away (which I had) but she responded with a simple "oh yeah" then removed the sensor and said "here ya go." I took time out of my day to FIX the stores mistake and I didn't get an apology. Never returning. I went on 9/25 to get the sensor removed in case any of the managers wanna talk some sense into your employees (you need to). read more

I work at this mall, so I go into this store a lot, and I've got to say this is my favorite H&M in the Atlanta area. The staff there is always friendly, willing to help you and it is pretty clean! What a crappy H&M. I only say this because their men's section looks pathetic. So my review is based solely on their men's section. Maybe not a lot of High School boys shop at this H&M; so it doesn't make sense for them to carry much. The ratio of women's section and men's section is like 90/10. Whatever happened to equality? Also, the store isn't gigantic. It's "only" 1 story and looks small compared to the others. I guess they have a decent women's section. I love H&M clothes, so this is a low rating on their service, not clothes. I went in today and bought over 100 bucks in items and the lady forgot to take the security off my belt. I need this belt for work tomorrow, yet I can't get back tonight so I have to wear the belt that is falling apart. Even worse the detectors didn't go off. So really someone could just steal something and get away with it as it's ineffective. I called up to see if there was something I could do, besides waste my gas driving back to the mall for their mess up. The lady was rude and I wasn't even offered a refund for my troubles. I work in customer service and if this type of mess up happens you accommodate the customer. Especially when they have to waste their own gas, which is expensive, to drive back to fix an issue that was made by an employee. I really hope they get new staffing. There is only one person I like there and I don't know his name. He is the only knowledgeable person there and the only person that isn't really rude. Went to make a return. The cashier sang the whole time she was giving me my refund and was not friendly. I am talking bare minimum of politeness. She told me to take my shirt out of the bag and then just continued to talk to other people and sing while I stood there. Later on when I was walking into the dressing room (that was unattended) that same worker said 'excuse me' loudly and stopped myself and another girl from walking in. She told us to count our items and then dropped mine and didn't say anything to me. She also came into the dressing room later to say they were closed even though it was 5 minutes before closing. Then a male came in and said they were closing...again. He then proceeded to stand there in the dressing room until we all came out. It made me not even want to purchase anything. read more
