I bought 2 pairs of jeans thinking they would fit. They didn't, I was told I could return them if they didn't. I returned to the store a couple days later with my receipt and the original price tags in hand. They told me because I cut off the little plastic thing that holds the tags on was cut off they would not give me credit or let me return the items. Really? The irony is that I've donated literally many hundreds of dollars worth of items to them in the past. Actually, well over a thousand dollars over many years. I'm not too happy.

I had a lovely silver claddagh ring from Ireland that I needed re-sized, given to me as a gift from a friend from Skibbereen, Co. Cork. Irma was able to look up their website in Ireland and find the actual ring to get more info. George explained what he needed to do to size down the ring, which took a few days. Be patient, as they are both people who are detail-oriented and they will take their time to meticulously document everything that is needed to be done.
