It's a fun store to look around if you need home decorations or basic household necessities. They have living room, bathroom, dining room, bedroom items as well as baby products. It's slightly disorganized though; some of the items in the aisles aren't really consistent with the "theme" (e.g. art supplies with the bathroom-related items). It's a bit darker and messier than the Home Goods next door, but definitely worth swinging by!

All these questions and more will be answered - no, they won't. I absolutely adore this place! Their chocolate is delicious, homemade and cheap, and they sell the little whirly gigs out front in the summer! How adorable is that! :) The place is full of adorable animals and dolls and trinkets! Wow :) They have like, a different room for every type of thing they sell, and there are several rooms. Miniature stuff. Toys. Trinkets. And lots and lots of delicious chocolates. Returned to store, they first said we could exchange it but then they stalled and back tracked said we waited too long. apparently noted in our file we were fine with it. Each year gets softer more saggy till 2 1/2 years later we had enough. The bed was covered and still looks perfect to eye with no one on it so warrantee not in effect .The salesman first told us if we choose new bed he match the $1599 we paid but when went in to purchase then said take only $200 off making our costs way too high. Do not trust them and convinced their stuff made special for store of inferior quality,. We plan to give the bed away too nice throw away but need to repurchase. If need cheap bed for kid or guest room they probably fine, but not master bed. unless plan keep it for short time. Seen many reviews since similiar our experience delivered wrong bed, not honor sleep guarantee and manufacturer warrantee no on ever gets on any bed they big joke.

After looking for a bar unit almost everywhere from brand name stores and discounted furniture stores and even online, i found a great hutch made of real wood (not cardboard) for price in two digits. Even the cardboard costs in hundreds ! The expensive file cabinets for a great price. Well, if you go to their website, you can see stuff from office desks, computers, file cabinets, couch, chair and beautiful paintings for heavily discounted price. The BEST of all is that staff is very friendly and they deliver to your home too if its in the area. They are located near the airport and are open until 4pm. You can also make an appointment for the weekends and walk through the warehouse to shop what you like. They also repair the computers and you can talk to them more in regard with this. I was very happy to discover this place and find the exact stuff that i needed . They even sanded and polished the part of furniture where needed.

I have also heard their employee Judy calling customers retards and John is especially rude with customers. There are often long lines to make purchases. The district managers Melissa Cierechowicz and Mark Ranney should also be fired for allowing this store to be poorly managed. I have decided not to shop in Dollar General stores ever again. I agree a Price Rite should replace this Dollar General. Even an ALDI store would be better.

I was able to buy tons of waters here more than a few times. It's in a great location and is fairly clean. In and out access isn't great but that's a minor issue. It's right on Millersport and is further north than any of the other Amherst Dol Gens and so is conveniently located for me, especially if I'm coming from the 990 or visiting Yo Betty or Marco's on Maple or something. Speaking of Marco's on Maple, get the Sinatra!! Wow! Only available at Marco's on Maple, not any of the other locations. Chain info: I come to Dol Gen every Saturday to get 5 dollars off 25 (or sometimes off 30), which allows me to stock up on water from Tennessee (which tastes much better than tap water or any other brand of water, to me), and to stock up on tons of cat food for my kids, too. However, some stores (such as this one) sell the wrong kind of water (from Pennsylvania instead), which tastes awful. I go to different Dollar Generals just to mix it up, and so I can put more of them on the Yelp review map, and because it's always useful to know which ones have the good waters vs the bad. And if this moved to Florida, it would be Ocala General. Except that it probably already is in Ocala, so... yeah.

I wandered the whole store and enjoyed myself. I am obsessed with the aesthetic because it's so easy to see everything since it is "bulk". The prices are clear as can be. The store is clean. As someone who shops WAY TOO MUCH, it was easy to price compare. In some instances, I pulled out my phone and searched Walmarts prices. What I found was most items were equal in price to size (just in bulk size here) OR a little cheaper. A few things were significantly but not a lot. For the savings to really add up, I think you would have to be someone who has a really huge tribe to shop for. For me, I do not. My favorite deal were the acai bowls. Those I can definitely save money buying here.. I bought some clothes too (a dress, a scalloped sweater, and flares). All of the bulk drink packages were a nice price. They have clothes for all ages and genders. I would say the price matches the quality in these terms. Remember when shopping here how much space you have in your fridge/freezer - this is the biggest battle in my home because my roommate LOVES their frozen food section lol Aside from a full grocery store and clothing, they also have electronics, baby items... actually let me sum it up by saying they carry a lot of what a super walmart would: only it's bulk size. They have registers and self-checkout. I found staff helpful when needed. I found the customers the best part for me ... I had a few really nice convos and I enjoyed my girl time with these total strangers haha If you don't have bags, they have TONS of boxes for ya from the product to grab after checkout (like Aldi, except they have put it all at the end of checkout for you). You can get a discount on your gas here (I use top tier gas - they don't have it here so I can't use it). There are coupons on the app to save you more. 90 day return policy on clothes.
