This was a fine TJ Maxx. Not the best not the worst, generally fine. Reasonably well organized when I was here, and there were tons of employees, working hard restocking shelves. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have. read more

I had a couple of hours to kill one night and decided to check out this TJ Maxx, since I was in the area! This is a newer TJ Maxx, which shares the plaza with shops like PetSmart and Tops. Signature of TJ Maxx, you'll find tons of discounted clothes and accessories here. This location is a little bit smaller than other stores I've been to, so the selection isn't as expansive, but I still found there was a ton of really nice clothes, including things for men and women, as well as fitness ware. Where you usually find really good deals at TJ Maxx, this one also delivers on that front, but I did notice this location has a lot of the 'higher end' brands, like Gucci/Luis Vuitton - still a bit on the pricey side, but the items I found were at least marked down from what they normally would be. This location also has more than clothes! Toward the back you can find home decor, snacks, and other goods. I ended up finding a really cute jean jacket and new scarf here. Keeping in mind that different stores seem to cater to different areas, I'll probably return to this one more often if I'm looking for something a bit more my style. read more

I've been to few different TJ Maxx but the one in East Aurora definitely my favorite. We stopped by here while waiting for my daughter lacrosse practice at sahlen sport park. Due to covid we can't stay there. So we figured let's just browse around the area. This TJ maxx by far had more cool different stuff. I guess especially close to Christmas they have seasonal stuff slotted for gift. They are reasonably price too. We got a bunch little gift from there. The other things I like there is their snack and candies section. They have stuff that not normally found in regular store. Like yummy cassava herb and garlic, fruit jelly yuummm. When you think of TJ maxx you mostly think of clothes, shoes maybe bag which I had bought those too but this particular store expanded my horizons! I think I'll stop to this branch more than the others. read more

I selected three tshirts and a set of 3 bras (on one hanger) to try on. The elderly woman dressing room clerk (4/14/22 3pm) was pure hell to deal with. She asked how many items, easy enough to see, but I said 4. She grabs the hangers and says, "Oh, YOU did it right. They are all in order!" She counts them. She hangs them up and separates them. She recounts them. Recounts one more time, slowly, and then hands me the items, with a card that indicates the number 4, and points the direction. I said "Yikes!" and she took umbrage and decided to push past me to walk me to the dressing rooms! She then counted the open doors, saying "You never know if there are open rooms". I said OOOOOOkay, went in and listened to her mutter the whole way out. I decided not to bother trying on the bras, as I was terrified I would not get them precisely back on the hanger to her specifications. I decided to buy 2 shirts and not the other shirt, or the hanger of bras (which I never tried on). Despite JUST seeing me and giving me a hard time, she grabbed the shirts I wanted to buy from my hands and again recounted, recounted, recounted 3 times that I had 4 items total! I sighed and she puffed up and said, "Excuse me?" I said you have OCD, passive aggressive tendencies and are nasty and walked out. I could hear her grumbling as I walked away. This woman had to have been a school teacher or religious ed teacher decades ago. Please move her from the dressing room. God help anyone having more than 4 items or that they need actual help. Nasty woman! The rest of the store staff were lovely. I have never seen this woman before and believe me, I will avoid her at all costs. read more

And granted most of the merchandise is very picked over. However, I was able to score some nice pullover hoodies for only $2.50. Men's hats (lids ) were all going for $.50 each. There was a myriad of ladies golf polos, all at $.50 and mostly in the smaller sizes, and the colors were limited to white or navy blue There were plenty of children's polo shirts, and the colors were pink, white, or navy blue. Again only $.50. I was on the lookout for hoodies for my elementary school boys, and I did find their sizes for only $.50. So if you're adventurous, and you're in the Elma area, you might wanna get over there and see what they got left. But don't wait too long, as the store will be closed for good.

I have never heard of this in my life. We let it go, $0.15 isnt that much extra. Then the machine wasn't accepting cash. It took $4 and then rejected all the other bills. We were not allowed to give them cash and leave. The manager even came over and his only solution was to use a credit card to pay the remaining $3. We ended up leaving without the drinks and were not refunded the $4 that was put in the machine.

I live in Buffalo and am in love with the city so when I saw a shirt that said living my best Buffalo life, I had to have it!!! She had more sizes than what I realized and I found a perfect shirt for me. I ended up buying it. They have a wall full of socks with fun and sarcastic sayings that I have to come back and purchase. They have cool things to hang on the wall (like a peace sign) that I need. They also have a few sarcastic coffee cups, one of which I definitely need (about being chalant AF.) This place is definitely worth a stop. It's fun and it'll make you really happy just wandering around it.
