Went here yesterday since it's the first day of the Summer Sale and I wanted to get in before the weekend because I know it'll be insane. This is probably my favorite Zara store - it's huge and has enough open space so you're not running into people or clothes to get by. I'm glad I went during the week because the store was slowly starting to get messy. The jeans table had jeans EVERYWHERE - I didn't even know how to navigate looking for one because they were all over the place. I also saw the same jacket in 2 different locations - one which was in the same rack with identical jackets but in a different color which were not on sale. I'm glad I caught this at the register cause it was a $20 price difference. They already had limited sizes in a few items I wanted which was disappointing since there was at least 5 items I wanted to get but couldn't find the right size for. I don't recall seeing any sales associates on the floor unless they were putting something away from the fitting room so it can be hard to get help if needed. One thing I wish Zara had were shopper bags to carry around the store while looking around because you HAVE to carry everything by hand without having a place to put it on hold. I bought my daughter shoes two days ago. She wore them for one day, then they became terribly bad, the quality was terribly bad. I took them back the next day, but they didn't replace them. The quality was just so bad. I'm in shock. The workers yelled at me and spoke very rudely. read more

The black lady with glasses and an accent was really rude to my friend just cause he was "in the way" but was in line to pay up front. Then he proceeded to ask her nicely if they take military discount and she up front said no in a rude way. If people can't greet customers in a polite way or without an attitude then why do you work in a place that is supposed to be "higher class" establishment. read more

Went into Zara for the first time yesterday and it was swarming with people! The checkout line was extremely long and it was only 11am. I tried on two items, both of them were extremely thin and cheap material. I don't understand the hype of Zara and won't be buying anything from here in the future. read more

Buyer Beware! A friend sent me a jacket from Zara for a birthday gift. It looked terrible on me so I went to the store to exchange it for something else. They refused to give me a store credit even though the tag was still on the item and it was in the original box from Zara because I didn't have a receipt. Duh, it was a gift. This store has a big customer experience problem. Attention owner, or manager of this brand, I would be focused on correcting this store. You are bleeding opportunity costs. After spending 15 minutes trying to find someone to help me, I gave up. I got into a long line that never advanced. The manager finally came over and spent 10 minutes trying to explain to the employee what to do. Instead, she should have solved the problem and opened another register to keep the line moving. While in line, I observed the staff and the manager. The issue is clear- there is systemic apathy throughout this store. I finally left, without any items. I ordered something online and drove over an hour to return it to the store King of Prussia (I read online I could do this), but I was told I couldn't return it and needed to reach out to customer service by email. I emailed customer service and called multiple times and haven't heard back. I will not be shopping with Zara or Zara Home again. read more

I am appalled by the ignorance and the incompetence of the employees at Zara in general but particularly this location. We had to leave about $600 worth of clothing we were about to purchase because we weren't allowed to try anything on simply because the employees (if you can even call them that) didn't want to operate the fitting room so they could sit on TikTok. I absolutely LOVE Zara's clothing. They have decent prices and super cute clothes that are made well. However, if you go in person to this store make sure you dress warmly if you plan on shopping for a good amount of time because it is freezing in here! Also, the line is almost always extremely long, but that's only because they have such awesome clothing. I usually shop online, but every now and then I'll pop here in person. I first met Zara in Spain as a teen; I was obsessed with visiting every store in each city as we traveled through the country. Then, stores popped up in London when I was there in college. Finally it crossed the pond, but has yet to make its way close enough to me... at least there's online ordering! Stopped in at the Cherry Hill store the other day. I had some returns from online, and could have spent hours in the store. I saw some items from the web, but it seemed like there was so much more to be found in the store. My returns went quickly and easily with no hassles. They had TONS of fragrances (many not found online, and many limited editions); nice, natural scents that had none of that chemical effect. They were really well-priced, and were great for everyday wear, and spraying winterwear (coats, scarves, and all). They have a huge men's department, kid's department, and baby section. I wish the price points for kids clothes were not the same as adult clothes at this store. Values are great for adult clothing but pretty expensive for kids. Very cute stuff though, for sure. I like Zara because their quality is a shade under couture department stores (Neiman's/Nordstrom/Bloomies), while their prices are leagues below those places. In my experience, Zara quality is way above trendy mall stores, including those considered to be "better" quality, like J.Crew. Stylewise, Zara manages to do what J.Crew used to (for me at least), which is make quality staple pieces that are flattering, fashionable, and timeless. Zara also offers the glitzier, trendier pieces, to make sure you have your fashion week array, but you only need to pepper your wardrobe with those, and it's the timeless stuff that is gold to me. Point is, Zara has various options, which is awesome. They have you covered for career, casual, and evening, and it's a Euro brand, so you've got an edge on the style trends (since Europe tends to run 6mos ahead of us). * * * TIP * * * Make sure NOT to follow generic Google Maps' instructions telling you to enter through the entrance between H&R Block and Macy's because it's exit only, which is really odd. C-Hill Mall has kind of a ghetto-y feel in many ways, and that exit only was part of it. Anyway, it's worth a trip for Zara. read more

I absolutely love Zara and this location is the only one around that has a children's department which is perhaps my favorite section to shop in this store.... The kids section is huge and located in the back of house. From infant up to tween, accessories and shoes, they have it all! Their clothes are unique, fun with and edgy twist, and I love knowing every child won't have the same outfit my kiddos have like I find happens when shopping at some more well known kids clothing retailers. A plus is definitely that are always fantastic sales! Most recently I purchased 3 pieces for my daughter for next holiday season (velvet leggings, hunter green dress, and a basic colored swing top) all for around $13! Insane! Definitely don't be too proud to rummage if you're a parent! You'll find some great things! This store is very well merchandised by style. It's easy to find where clothes to fit your specific look are whether it's for business, casual, or even those who like a more vintage or modern look, it's all clearly separated. Shoes and accessories to match each aesthetic are placed within each respective department so completing an entire look is simple here. I find the overall head to toe looks for me are a tad to flashy for me personally, but grabbing one or two special pieces to mix with basics are the way to go here. A great place to pick up some classics with a twist as well as some trendier pieces that season. The prices range greatly and can actually be quite reasonable! Most recently I purchased a super comfortable dress with a hint of glimmer for the holidays. I got so many compliments on it and the dress was around $40 and had so many different uses! The downfall here is the definitely staff....or lack thereof. There are basically none on the floor. At all. For as many times as I've been here, I have never seen anyone greeting upon entering or on the sales floor helping period. The staff remains in the fitting room or behind the register, so good luck if you need help. You're fine if you don't. Shopping this one floor Zara is easy and enjoyable for me. Accessing Zara which is located behind the grand court midway between Macy's & Nordstrom's is best done by entering through the outdoor entrance to H&M. read more

Bait and switch Zara cherry hill, no bueno!!!! All I wanted was my correct size, at the price that was marked. Not my fault "the client", that the employee made a mistake. So when i went back the second time, not only was the item still marked down. But i was denied any sale by KUMAR, Roberto, and TOM. After reading the return policy to TOM, the assistant manager, so he didn't have to deal with it. He then told me he would have me escorted out of the store. I have proof with the associate at the cashwrap, that I not once ever raised my voice. Shame on you!!!! I will never shop at any zara location. I received an order in the mail and when I opened the package, the $70 vest was ripped all the way down the inside. I went online and requested a chat where I was questioned about wearing the product and ripping it myself because the facility does a close inspection on their items before they are shipped out. After sending a picture, I was told the item was out of stock so I must return the item and then get a tracking number sent to them before they process a refund. I continued to express my dissatisfaction with this option and the customer service and was told to sign up for weekly newsletters for future sales and that my concerns will not be taken for granted. I pretty much go into this store to feel the fabric/quality of an item then leave to go buy it online. Also, I know that we are still in the midst of a pandemic, but YOU GUYS NEED TO REOPEN YOUR FITTINGS ROOMS. It's unacceptable. Other places in the mall like, American Eagle and Old Navy are allowing you to try on clothes, so there's no excuse. I'm sure you guys can find a hygienic way to allow for this. read more

Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. this is the first time I've ever felt the need to write a review. Both in store and the customer service number. Trying to exchange a toddler item for one size bigger, THE EXACT SAME thing that they had in the store and because past the 30 days ( because her grandmother bought it and finally got the chance to bring in to) BUT they also informed us the policy changed and it was now 60 days. Which we were still in the 60 days but bought before that policy we couldn't exchange. it's toddler clothes , with the exact same item, with tags and receipt and they were terribly rude about it. Finally told us we could contact customer service. well customer service number was even worse and said nothing to do it was the store policy. Also said I could not speak to a manager or anyone else. She could not transfer. Absolutely terrible experience. I filed a complaint but I doubt they even entered it. read more

I absolutely love Zara! I am so happy they are finally in the United States. They offer unique clothing that works for every style. They have clothes for work, for casual, for going out, and etc. Their store is pretty big which is amazing! They have so much to offer, and this is my go to spot for shopping. I cannot wait to shop again! The only downside of Zara is the lack of employees. I felt that they never have any staff working, and if you have a question you might as well not ask it. I was here shopping right when they opened. Tried a few things on and one woman was in front of me in line. I waited 20 minutes while they price checked everything and she ran back and forth to grab stuff. There was only a couple people in the store and at least 4 other staff members who never came to the register to ring me up. Awful store and manager lied straight to my face about a return that they messed up. The manager came over and stated that the items could only be returned online. When I spoke to online rep, they said they should have taken the return and actually the return (that i still have and received no merchandise credit for) was already returned at the store. So they scanned it, returned it and I received no merchandise credit and still have the items. After waiting in line for 1 hour to make the return and contacting multiple representatives, there is no resolution! read more

I love the clothing in Zara but I have to say that I am always extremely disappointed in the Cherry Hill Location. The lines are always out the door and they are still one of the few retailers who refuse to open their dressing rooms which I assume is also a contributing factor to the long line. Management was unprofessional . After driving an hour to exchange a shirt for two other shirts and to pay the difference. I was told by LAUREN that she cant do it because i didnt have a recieve and that the store will close in 5 min. Raised her voice at me and said that if i have an issue to call corporate. So i told okay i will complain about you, And with a snob face grinched at me saying that i do not care because i am the supervisor or management on duty. While the cashier was trying to also tell her that such and such Does makes exemptions. And she rudely shut her up and said No we do not do that at Zara.
