They gave him several different things to try on. In the end (a half hour max) we had everything ready to go. My son was able to pick the entire outfit up in 2 days. I understand they will not take a return for a purchase that someone makes but if they sent the wrong color dress, shouldn't they accept a return or an exchange? I think that is just normal decency and the ethical way to make it right. I ordered the lilac colored dress and received a gold and lilac dress. The color is completely different than what is pictured and they refuse to exchange or return it. The theme of the quinceanera is lavender and SILVER and I'm stuck with a lavender and GOLD dress that cost me over $700.
