I thought $130 for a tall bookcase was pretty good, but once it was halved, that's just ridiculously good now. -Really friendly service. They clearly know the line between "being helpful" and "giving you space to explore". They popped in every 20 minutes or so, but they mostly kept their distance to allow us to sit on and discuss all of the different furniture. -Different ways to get your furniture. They don't offer delivery themselves, but they have a company they suggest using and all the details about how to use it. They have show models you can take home that day and other options you have to order in and wait for. Good options. -Good clearance selection. It's definitely a hodgepodge of stuff, but it's a CHEAP hodgepodge of stuff. They have lamps, chairs, couches, gazebos, auto parts (?), and more. It's a whole bunch of random stuff. CONS: -I'd love to see their pick-up hours extended for out-of-towners. They close pick-up at 6pm, and we weren't able to make it out of work and make the drive to get there by 6pm (traffic at rush hour is intense!). We'd have to come in on the weekend or take a day off work. -Otherwise, nothing! We didn't come away with anything, but they had a great selection of items, and I think this was probably one of the best places to start our couch shopping. After several calls to the moving company (Queen City Delivery) who was recommended by Bargains and Buyouts, and several calls to the furniture store I'm at my wits end.I even went to the corporate website and used the email address that they advertised (many times to make sure of the address)the email was returned as undeliverable. But when we got there, we quickly realized that they had misled us about how long it would take to get it done, and that it would in fact be a WEEK before they would be ready for us to pick it up. After discussing our concerns, they said they could make it 4 days instead. So we thought we'd call other places nearby, hoping to find one that could fit us in on such short notice. Mr. Bill was our first call, and he said he could get us right in. So we drove over there, not sure what we'd find, and we were welcomed right away. Mr. Bill showed me where my grandmother had gotten the ring sized herself when she got it from my great-grandmother, and explained how he would resize it for me. He took 10 minutes. It fit perfectly. We were thrilled with the service and the friendliness and care of the employees, especially when handling something so important to us. While waiting (the ten minutes) we browsed around and were impressed by how beautiful their collection was. We were incredibly pleased and thankful and will definitely be entrusting all of our jewelry needs with Mr. Bill in the future.
