My daughters bought their wedding gowns here less than 10 years ago. I recommended SE to my future…read moredaughter in law. I'm sorry that I did. When you pull into the parking lot, the original building is off limits. You walk through a brush filled path on the left to the "new" building. Inside is ok on arrival. What you start to notice is the unfinished vents, outlets, the weird doorways. If you use their restroom, you're going to find wallpaper that's peeling at EVERY seam. One of the dresses she tried on had obvious stains, one had an overlay that doubled the price but wasn't available to see. This was so disappointing. The bridal "experience " was non-existent. This place needs to finish their building, clean their dresses and reevaluate what it takes to sell a bridal gown.

Being from Texas I haven't seen a Rainbow store since the late 90s early 00s. When I stumbled up on…read morethis store I had a nostalgia moment. The prices are still reasonable and the fashion is up to date. I love this place.

Terrible display of guest service shown to us today. The associate named Heather was checking us…read moreout, when my friend realized she forgot her wallet at home. I offered to pay for her things, which she declined. After the associate discovered we would not be making that purchase she did not make eye contact or speak to us any further. All niceties from her end went out the window. She did, however, proceed to follow us throughout the store at a close distance even while we were waiting for our friend to exit the dressing room. We all felt extremely unwelcome to even browse the products or even be in the store, even though two of us had our wallets on us and could make a purchase. I understand that theft is always a common threat retail workers must work to prevent, but when we asked the associate why she was following us so closely or if there was an issue, she denied doing anything and then claimed she was following everyone and was "just doing her job". There was a significant difference in how she was monitoring us before/after we were at the counter. The manager, also named Heather, swooped over and instead of asking about the issue and attempting any type of resolution, accused us of screaming, which we were not, video footage and eye witnesses in their store could prove that. She immediately threatened to call the police and kicked us out of the store as she ran back to the cash desk throwing her hand up in the air proudly informing us that her name was also Heather and that we could call corporate to file a complaint. We tried to call the store back to speak to another manager but the line is dead, we had to look up the corporate number because the Manager refused to give us the actual number and told us to "look it up" and file an official complaint. I asked for their store number which the associate gave to me with even greater attitude, I asked her why she was speaking to me the way she was, and her response was "I only have an attitude because you had one first." I can only hope that the district manager of this store takes some form of action to prevent further incidents like this. Clearly the manager and her associate don't believe they will face any consequences from this incident, and maybe they won't, but it's not my company or my place to decide that. I think it's just sad to see people hide behind the "I'm just doing my job" as an excuse to bully guests. This isn't how guests should feel when you're "just doing your job" whether they plan to make a purchase or not. There was definitely a much more tactful and professional way of handling this entire situation on the manager's end rather than threatening to call the police because she lacks the training and basic resolution skills to handle situations a manager should be capable of diffusing on her own.
