With the coupons they send in mail combined with the sales, you can end up with brand name stuff for cheap. I got my instant pot from here a couple years back for a steal. Carters deals are some the best around all year long. The try out rooms are large. The entire store is always clean and well maintained. Even the crazy clearance section is almost never in disarray. What's not to love about Kohl's?

I had to do all the lifting. I'm a disabled 25 yr. Navy Veteran. She couldn't get fuel into my tank. Sent another employee out, a young man and he didn't know what he was doing. So took my tank and put it back in the truck, I'm going somewhere else. Manager came out, figured out the emergency shut off was activated. So, I lifted the tank out of my truck again and I made a comment, "I'm tire of this, these employees don't know what the hell they're doing." I immediately received a lecture from the manager about cussing. Ive heard worst on TV. Ridiculous! I'm a sailor through and through. So, I pick up my tank again for the 4th time and took my business somewhere else. I wish I didn't have to give a star to post. Don't stop here RVers

The salespeople and cashiers are all polite. They carry clothing, jewelry, home goods and a very small kitchen collection. They carry good name brands and some off brands too. With Kohl's and Tj Maxx at the other side of town, JCP caters to the west of Frankfort.

To my surprise, the parking lot was not as big a nightmare as I thought it was going to be. It was one of the easiest parking lots I have been in at a Walmart in a long time. I ended up being able to find a parking spot quickly and didn't feel like I was taking my life in my hands walking through the lot. Inside, it was at least decently stocked and clean. Unlike some I have been to, I was able to grab everything I needed and was pleasantly surprised with the ease of being able to make it through the store. Checking out was easy. I did the self checkout and was shortly out the door.

But these people love to test my commitment issues because yet again the driver canceled. Now these people got me out here changing my order from "delivery" to "pickup" because I'm not waiting anymore this is just ridiculous. It is quite large and brightly lit, though not as big as the one in Fayette Mall but carries almost everything just the same. I have had my tennis rackets restrung here a few times and they have been nothing but efficient and helpful. It just gets a tad more expensive in this branch cos they charge for restringing even if you buy the string there. Even found a good deal on Adidas soccer kits on my recent outing there. Also, the sales they have occasionally on active wear is quite good. But it would help if they had more variety on tennis rackets and the like. The work staff are very helpful and friendly but always, it takes some time to locate one to help you. As much as I like this shop, the lack of demo programs is kind of a deal breaker for me. So I give 3.5 stars instead of the 4 I would have liked to have given them.

While extremely upset for being lied to yes I told all of them they were liars and it was wrong to lie to their customer that frequent there ( Me) I was told to never come back, told I was poor that's why I brought it back, threaten to kick my ass and so forth. It's a shame that as much as I am in there they would lie. After leaving and I was refunded they reziptied the suitcase put another sign in it and placed it back out for sale! So use caution when going here. Customers are not appreciated they are lied to!

Ended up renting a U-Haul to pick it up ourselves - which was totally fine - but, when we got home, realized that they had loaded 1 of the 2 pieces that was not our sofa and did not go with our order. We had to rent ANOTHER U-Haul at the last minute to take the wrong couch back and swap for the correct one. This cost us another 100 dollars that we did not anticipate. And made for a long day going back & forth. When I arrived to do the swap, I was asked if I was offered a discount for our trouble and when I said 'no,' they just shook their heads and yet said/did nothing to follow through on that comment. We will not purchase furniture again thru them or Big Lots in general. Too much hassle and costs more in the long run.
