Be prepared to spend some money. The day I went, they had some kind of sale on laundry soap -- buy one, get one for $5. The laundry soap typically sells for $18, which sounds like a lot of money..... so getting two of them for $23 wasn't so bad. However, not only do they smell amazing, but they last a long time! I've had these for over a month now and have only used up maybe an inch of the detergent in one container. You just need to use 1-2Tbs of laundry powder per load (I also purchased a wooden measured scoop for the detergent). Best of all? Clean ingredients! Always a win for me! AND! And! You can choose the detergent scent you want and they mix it for you! Guess what all my clothes smell like right now. Cinnamon Spice. Yep. That's right. Boom. Of course, there are the usual soap bars, bath bombs, shower bars, lotions, bath truffles, and so much more delicious-smelling things for your bath, cleaning, and body. I find it hard to spend money on these things for myself, but they're great gifts. Who doesn't love a bar of fancy soap that smells like a unicorn?

She happily opened two of the boxes so I could see them. As I was looking at another option, I started to open the box myself, and her attitude changed immediately. She told me that if I opened that box, they would have to throw it away. That really confused me because she had just opened multiple boxes moments earlier to help me compare the products. I couldn't understand why it was acceptable when she did it but not when I did. From that point on, the interaction felt very awkward, and she came across as short and rude. I understand there was a line and they were busy, but if helping customers choose a birthday gift slows down the checkout process, it might make more sense to display the birthday gifts somewhere other than the cash register. I love that Ulta offers choices, but the experience of selecting one shouldn't leave customers feeling like they're inconveniencing the staff. I walked in & she saw me 10 minutes before my appointment She recommended a deep conditioning treatment (MY HAIR FEEL GREAT. GET IT) and double checked with me on what I wanted. Before she made the cut (6 + inches) she showed me and confirmed I was okay with the amount being cut off. I was anxious while in the chair but once she turned me around it was REALLY HARD FOR ME TO NOT SMILE. She wasn't even finished and I had to tell her thank you. I am never allowing anyone but her to touch my hair. She's amazing! Ask for Sarah Mae when you're needing a change of style. Long hair girls have a difficult time getting their hair cut. I've had this issue since I was a very small child. Sarah Mae understood this and made sure I was comfortable with what was happening. I absolutely love her!

She then transferred the Rx to that store over the phone and it was ready for me by the time I got there. I appreciated the effort and speed in which she took care of my situation and did it professionally, never acting as if I was an inconvenience as she also had other customers in line behind me. She was able to take care of them quickly and then resolve my issue as well! Great service! Tysm!!

I went through the drive-through to pick up a prescription that the Walgreens app and a text message both confirmed as "ready for pickup." There was only one car in front of me, yet I sat for 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I was finally greeted, I was told my prescription wasn't ready and that it would take another 30-45 minutes. When I expressed my frustration, the employee rolled her eyes at me. I work in customer service myself, so I understand things happen -- and I even told the employee "I know this isn't your fault." But if Walgreens can't support the drive-through due to staffing, it shouldn't be open. What frustrated me even more was the conflicting information: the app showed my prescription was filled once I left, while I was being told it wasn't even ready. Later I called the store to try to resolve it, waiting on hold for 1 hour and 31 minutes before anyone picked up. Again, I explained I wasn't upset at the employee personally, just at the situation. But instead of empathy or real help, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. At one point I was even asked, "Do you want me to fill it or not?" in a tone that made me feel brushed off. All I wanted was help transferring my prescription and to confirm my refill count was correct, since the app showed my prescription was filled today, even though it wasn't. Instead, I was told flat out, "Just call Walmart, they'll do it." Technically Walmart can initiate a transfer, but Walgreens still has to provide the information. Rather than taking ownership or even offering to help, the employee pushed it off on me and made me feel like I was a burden. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect honesty, timely service, and basic respect. Unfortunately, Walgreens failed on all three today. When I called Walmart's pharmacy, a real person answered and resolved my issue in under 5 minutes. After this experience, I'll be moving all of my prescriptions there.

They also have a bar as well with a variety of drinks so it's a great stop for a girls night or just for funsies.

When I called and complained, I explained to them that I don't want anything, I would just like to visit Sally's and have someone help me who actually some what enjoys their job or helping people in general. They told me they'd be in contact with me within 48 hours. It's been two weeks. I'm done with Sally's. Better luck to the rest of you.
