    Aldo's customer service is abysmal (extremely bad, or appalling). Here's my experience:…read more I recently bought over 200+ dollars in merchandise from one of their stores. Within that purchase, I had ordered two pairs of the same size shoe, just in different colors. When I received the shoes, one pair was correct, and the other was the completely wrong size. I contacted customer service, and they said they were unable to do anything for me, and that I needed to return the wrong pair to the store to get a refund. I explained to them that I don't live close to the store, so they said I could mail the pair back, but I wouldn't get my refund for 2-3 weeks (which is outrageous). So, I waited a week or so and finally was able to make the trip back to the store. When I returned the wrong pair of shoes that they sent me, they didn't even offer to compensate me at all. I had to ask for some form of compensation, and they ended up giving me a mere 15% discount. I bit the bullet, (even though I guess I shouldn't have) and I ordered the shoes again. This time, I received my package and one shoe was the right size, color and style, but the other was an ENTIRELY different shoe. I sent a picture of my messed up order in to customer service, and I also called them, but they refused to send me the right pair of shoes unless I returned the wrong pair and ordered them a THIRD TIME. I explained that I thought the shoes should be free, since the process was so ridiculously unacceptable, but they only offered me 30% off. Couple all of that with the fact that their customer service takes way too long to reply to you, and you really should just take your business elsewhere... No need to waste your own time, gas, money and patience on their products.
