I remember this place when I was little and it was bustling with people. Certainly not as much as Leesburg, but it was pretty full in occupancy. Well its October 2025, and it was like a Ghost town and the food court was by far the saddest one. I think only two places were opened on a Saturday. Lots of stores are closed and the parking lot was completely free. Not much selection now in terms of things. They still have some clothing stores left, but not sparse in terms of styles. The food court is actually clean because of the low foot traffic and someone is constantly cleaning the place. They do have Tesla superchargers here so its a good place to charge and walk around. The chargers are in the corner of the lot and typically just walking to the bathroom and back and most of the charge should be done so not really much time left to wander. It was sad to see and kind of made me feel like life has moved on from my childhood. read more

Decent outlet mall. Were there some vacant store fronts - yes. Were the bathrooms a little outdated - yes. Were there good sales - absolutely. I recommend checking out the coach store, Eddie Bauer, Columbia, and North Face. read more

Not the biggest outlet and the selection isn't huge, but it's close by and usually not too crowded, which is actually why I prefer it. Calvin Klein, Columbia and The North Face are my go to spots here and I almost always find something. Solid place to shop when you want something quick and easy. read more

It is April 2026 and this outlet has turned into a ghost town, it is really sad. Plus side is you can always find closeup parking and no crowds to deal with. Shop workers I encountered were all very nice. The food court is completely empty! Everything looked boarded up! I walked in there with my 4 year old who had to use the bathroom and did not feel safe walking back the corridor of the food court to take her to the restroom. Literally no one was in the food court building that I could see. Thankfully one of the shops graciously let me take her in theirs. If you want food the only place is the steakhouse outside the outlets. They do still have some good store options left I like - bath and body works, Janie and Jack, Kate spade and if you need furniture I know the last place you think is an outlet mall but you got to check out Legacy Furniture in the back. Amazing quality custom furniture. It's pricey but worth every dollar! This is a convenient location to Winchester. I don't like driving all the way to Leesburg anymore and would love to shop here more if there were more options to shop from. Please consider attracting some better stores. It will likely never happen but I would love to see Tory Burch, some home decor places like Kirklands, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, etc. Heck, why not see if some regular stores like a Tjmaxx/Homegoods would move in? That would be awesome! I hope the next few years see some improvements! read more

True that many stores have left and it is not the full great place it used to be. That is because the local town/county would not renew the Premium Outlets tax discount status ( shame, all that shopping especially from consumers being brought to area via charter buses would have dropped good money and sales tax into local economy). As a result the company just moved to Clarksburg to build a new outlet center closer to DC , Gaithersburg, ... Now with fewer shops, that means fewer shoppers browsing and buying, so difficult for remaining stores to sell enough and they will slowly move on. read more

This place has definitely seen better days. A good amount of empty stores but still a large variety of popular retailers such as Polo, Gap, Loft, Under Armour, North Face, Kate Spade, Bath & Body Works, Rack Room Shoes, Calvin Klein and a few others. Food Court left a little something to be desired with only about 4 actual stalls, 2 of which were both Asian cuisine. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. You can bring your pet in several stores and I enjoyed being able to shop with my furbaby. A Longhorn Steakhouse is at the end of the center so you can dune in here if you are not a fan of the food court. Parking is easy with large lots and good directionals to store locations. read more

The Hagerstown outlet has gotten very quiet over the years but I still enjoy visiting to find good deals without too much people traffic. Got a great deal on a north face jacket and Eddie Bauer jacket at my last visit. Always have to get Auntie Anne's while I'm there too. read more

We were out there just like maybe a couple weekends ago? Supposedly it was a BIG event. Hardly any stores open. I miss the kitchen type stores that they had here. That includes Harry & David. Yea, I know, go online. Not quite the same. Dairy Queen used to be in the Food Court area. Something similar but NOT DQ. There was hardly any one there shopping. It's not like we were there at 10-11AM either. On a plus note, there was plenty of parking. read more

Very large outlet mall, located right next to I-70. If you're coming here from I-81, it helps to use I-70 to access even if your GPS suggests something else. The usual outlet stores and while some have regular prices, many understand the "outlet" concept and have some deals. Huge parking lot. Well lit. Saw the Outlet on a previous trip to the area and decided to make a day trip to enjoy some shopping. This is one of a few Outlets that has a FILA store and I love it. Great deals and outfits no one else has got me hooked. I plan to come back regularly to shop at this and the other stores in the Outlet mall. They have all the fan favorite stores, cheap gas nearby, different restaurant options and its convenient to make a day trip to the area. Had lunch and there was enough to bring some home for dinner. Hibachi Express was delicious and the portions were good. I had shrimp hibachi with rice and yum yum sauce. I would definitely come back for lunch and some shopping. read more

There is nothing really special about this place, it is exactly like all the other outlet malls out there. The only difference I really saw here is that there seems to be a bit of a flare of local stores mixed in with the nationwide brands. Without going into much detail and bore you all with the names of the stores which have been mentioned in many other reviews, how about this. This is a nicely set up, typical outlet mall. If you prefer to do your mall walking outdoors (in the nicer weather), you may prefer this place. Plenty of walking room between strips. Food court is decent. read more

I would say about 15 years ago- this place was THE place to do shopping whether traveling from the west, locals, or on a road trip from either direction. I'm talking back when the store Big Dogs was there and the Reebok outlet was still open. RIP to both. I have been shopping here when I am back home and in town for what seems, but actually are decades. Imagine that. My favorite shops are Polo, and Polo, and they also have a Polo outlet as well. The JCrew outlets has had the same 5 shirts for 3 years - and that is not an exaggeration. Nike is usually good for the clearance shoes, but overall- there is a huge decline in stores and quality stores within the place. Banana Republic is more miss than hit, and in terms of the food court, mainly just is worth leaving or eating before or after you shop. Hopefully there is a turnaround at some point- but who knows. read more

Future abandoned mall?? Wow. Anchor store Nike is out, Reebok is out. More than a third of the mall abandoned. Finish-Line left as well...Some no name off brand stores moved in . All vending machines don't do card no more (means somebody didn't pay their vendor bills ?) Landscaping looks horrible. What happened here???First visit after 2 years, changes are shocking. I enjoyed our visit here. On a casual hunt for bargain kids finds, I was successful in the Polo, Gymboree, and Janie&Jack stores. The shoe stores didn't have much to offer for kids. The lack of inventory could have been due to the time of season (late summer). In terms of the layout of the outlet mall, I loved that there were plenty of benches for elderly shoppers and nearby play areas for kids. My only wish would have been more layout maps accessible in the middle of the mall areas. Decent sized food court area w plenty of unhealthy options to munch on, but for a price and not all that sanitary. My suggestion would be to drive a few minutes to the nearby Cracker Barrel and stretch out a bit more there before hitting the road. read more

Overall a nice outlet center, nothing too outstanding or out of the ordinary. This center has all of your basics ranging from Kate Spade to Nike, and all in between. There is a nice range of options of stores, but there is significant empty space. Came here on MDW and was surprised to see that it wasn't overwhelmingly crowded, parking was easy to find and getting around wasn't horrible either. I will mention though that the restrooms were pleasantly clean and well maintained, which I really appreciate. I feel that you have your same options of store selection at all Premium Outlets, this one is not any different. Being in the Columbia area, I would rather venture to Arundel Mills and shop, I don't feel that it's worth the travel time of 1+ hours to get to Hagerstown. read more

Pretty good variety of stores. kate spade, The Cosmetics Factory, Harry and David, and BareMinerals are my favorites. kate spade has amazing sales (sign up for the mailing list. You'll thank me). The staff is really friendly and the products are fantastic. The Cosmetics Factory has a limited selection of MAC, Estee Lauder and other well-known brand name cosmetics for quite a bit less than you'd pay at the retail stores. You won't find the newest and trendiest stuff here... but you will find some classics, as well as a few fabulous scents and shades. Harry and David has lots of yummy treats for the holidays, and everyday. In addition to carrying their on products, the BareMinerals store carries some well known brands of cosmetics and beauty products (NARS, Burberry, Narciso Rodriguez, etc.) Again, don't look for the latest and greatest here, although you're likely to find some pretty good stuff. The food court here is not great, but there is a Longhorn nearby if you want something akin to real food. read more

Visited this outlet the Friday before Memorial Day and everyone was having a sale. Some of the sales weren`t really sales, for example, Levis was having a buy 2 pair of jeans and get them for $39.99 each, seeing as how I can buy Levis every day of the week from Macys or Khols for $40 a pair, I left there empty handed. I had gone to the Children`s Place inside a local mall a few days prior to coming here and needed to make a return of some items I had purchased, the outlet location allowed me to return the items I had purchased at the full price store. Same thing with Carters. I got some really good deals at Yankee Candle and Coach, the latter was having a 50% off everything in the store sale, even clearance items. Clearance items were 40% off and then 50% off the remaining balance. If you`ve ever been to an outlet shopping center before you know what to expect and most times the stores are the same from outlet to outlet There is a Longhorn steakhouse near the entrance and the entire time we were there, I kept smelling those steaks, its a good thing I didn`t have time to sit down and eat a meal otherwise I would have ended up in there too. read more

The Hagerstown Premium Outlets are a good distance from me, so I usually only frequent it once or twice a year. I'm usually impressed with the selection that they have, but since they're outlets it can be hit or miss. I enjoy the wide array of selections from Coach, Harry and David and Nine West, to name a few. I usually go on Black Friday very early, but I've never encountered a huge amount of people there. I try to go during times where the crowd has died down and it seems to work. This year wasn't a good year for variety or selections during Black Friday, well at least for the items I was looking for, so I'll have to rethink traveling to Western Maryland at 1am for Black Friday shopping next year. I still like these outlets and since I can appreciate a good deal, will continue to shop here. read more

Although my time at this outlet was sadly limited to one store what I can tell you is this is a great place to shop! I have been to dozens of out let stores they all usually have the basics however this place has all the good stores we look for! From Nike to reebok. I am a soldier I am only in two outfit most of the time.work out clothes or my uniform. So I get excited when I am faced with unlimited work out clothes type stores! The customer service is pretty good in the store that I went into. One complaint the food court is really small now unless there is another side for a place so big and new looking the food court could use some game stepping up! This outlet is decent! It has those major outlet stores you would expect to see (Jcrew, polo, columbia etc) but one good addition is North Face. They have good deals there but finding your size can be rattling. Food court is ok, but I'd like to see starbucks in there. read more

This is an outlet mall located adjacent to a busy interstate highway and has been in existence for a number of years and has expanded to increase the number of outlet stores. Around the perimeter there was a LongHorn Steakhouse server gas stations as you enter the center with a huge parking area for vehicles, tour buses and there are some charging stations for electric vehicles. Due to the train of the shopping center there are number of steps plus there are ramps to allow for access to individuals pushing strollers Wheelchairs and scooters. There's a small food court that houses one brand name restaurant and that is Dairy Queen. There are number of retail stores including Polo Brooks Brothers, Kitchen Outlet, and Tommy Hilfiger to name a few. The way out of the center pretty much mandated you gotta do a lot of walking in order to visit all the stores. Noted work several vacant spaces that were available for lease and there is one large furniture retailer. Restrooms are located in the food court and there's a seating area within the food court to escape the extreme temperature variations. Grounds around the shopping center or well-manicured although I didn't know the lack of trees in the center but I guess this is up to management to decide what lives and what doesn't. I did not make any purchases nor did I see any real bargains that made me you want to visit the center again. Good luck shopping read more

This is a great shopping place but I have to say do not go to the food court place called flavor of Maryland. Do not go there!!!!!!!!!!!!It took my son 30 mins to get a French fries and chicken tenders from this place. The cooks are green and the reception is rude. If they do not know how to serve fast food, they should not run the business and waste others time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!There was only 2 people in front of my son. The food options at this mall is horrid. I am terribly disappointed as i expected better options as this place is rated 3 stars. The lady at China Max was NOT wearing gloves in the establishment. This food also made me and my friends very sick. No diversity in food choices and each restaurant had 1 worker. Lines were so long that I had to wait 30 minutes to get food. Also there was open eyebrow threading in the food court!!!! With no covering. There was limited options at Dairy Queen because there was no fryers available and the lady at Annie Anne's refused to to supply food to hungry middle school students. Nice outlets with a lot of selection. I def miss Nike, but there are many others that are great! A huge fan of candles and the Yankee Candle outlet is wonderful--lots of selection, super nice staff and great deals. This review is for the Hagerstown Premium Outlets in Hagerstown, MD near the I-70 interstate highway and the tri-state handle region. Went here the first weekend in August 2017, to take advantage of the tax-free weekend days before school starts. Disappointed the dates here started later from 8/13-8/16 than others. Further disappointment that the "Savings Passport" previously offered discounts and coupons for the vendor-stores in the mall, has been reduced to a fold-out flyer. Several stores no longer offer any discounts at all. Visited 9 stores at this mall, and found the prices to be higher than other regional outlet malls; with a higher tax rate than Virginia in particular. The large brand-name locations did not have the large selection notable at other outlets and the sizings appear to be the small-end of merchandise lines, not good range overall. Food court should be re-named to: small snack-area! Very limited options. If you like this area, and don't have a lot of other options - - then Hagerstown Outlets can work for you as "A-Ok". If you want to get what you really want recommend you go ahead and drive to pick another venue. read more

Very nice and clean Outlets. Easily accessible right off the Interstate. They have several stores that always seem well stocked with items you are shopping for. They have several brand name stores like American Eagle, The Children's Place, Guess, Coach, Nike, Reebok, Under Armor, kitchen stores, sunglass stores, makeup and fragrance stores, Banana Republic, Kate Spade and more! They have a small food court if you get hungry and nice large bathrooms. So if you have little kids they are easy to use. read more

I may get my Asian Yellow Card taken away from me...but I'm not a fan of outlet malls. Oh, don't get me wrong, I love saving money, getting a deal, and buying designer goods. However, I've long since come to the conclusion that outlet malls just aren't worth that hassle. Take for example - Hagerstown Premium Outlets. On the surface it looks great - it has a Coach Factory Store, Kate Spade, Calvin Klein and what not. So you drive the 1.5 hours to get here...only to find that while there are discounts at these "luxury" stores, it's mostly stuff that you don't want...and the discounts aren't *that* great. You can get the same deal at Neimans or Saks during their crazy end of the year annual sales. So then you start walking around the other stores - like the Reebok Factory store, or the Ann Taylor Factory Store (we're DC, we love our AT), or the Banana Republic Factory Store...and while the prices are just a *smidge* lower then the regular stores...it's not THAT much lower...and again, the designs aren't what you want. Again, it's just better to wait for a sale (or snag a coupon by joining their mailing list) at the mall. So by the end of a 4 hour trip, you ask yourself...why did you come? Sure, you're walking away with 5 bags of stuff...and sure, you definitely saved a buck or two...but does the savings really justify the amount of gas you used to drive that long 1.5hours each way? Was it enough to schlep around in the sticky humid summer heat, as this outlet is completely outdoors? And deal with the stomach cramp inducing food court? Or the vomit worthy bathrooms (that almost made me want to use a nearby bush instead)? Personally, for me...not so much. I find that I can save so much more in both money and in time, if I just sign up for the emails or wait for a good sale at my favorite nearby mall. read more

I heard about this outlet town center by a friend. I decided to check this place out during July 4th weekend to see special sales. It is located in Northern Maryland, near border of MD and PA. The drive is not bad from NoVa, as it was during weekend. The place is decent (bigger than Leesburg in my opinion) and definitely less people and more inventories. The stores I went in are definitely bigger and have more selections than outlet malls here. Parking is huge, so no worries on not finding a parking spot. read more

Outlet Shopping. What can you say about shopping? Anyone can do it if they want to. The selection of stores here is decent. Not the best, but it'll keep you busy . It is not a large outlet, but it's decent enough to shop here for a couple of hours. There aren't many options in the choices of outlets within a reasonable driving distance in the area, other than Leesburg, or if you want to go farther out to Potomac Mills. One thing I do like about this place is the food court, they have Dairy Queen!!! Nice treat on a hot summer day. Just a warning if you do wish to come here on Black Friday, the exit backs up at least 2-3 miles down and it'll take out about a few hours to get into the outlet. So if you do come, come EARLY! read more
