The very first one she picked out for me was ultimately the one I purchased. It is washable Italian silk and makes my body look fabulous. It also fits the look I wanted. And, believe it or not, it was the less expensive option. Snow helped me put the look together. And, she has a "selfie" mirror. It took a long time for me to make a decision, but Becky was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind, not at all pushy, and was ready to take my order when I was comfortable with the purchase. When it was delivered from Norway, I brought it home and noticed that a section of the leather on the side seemed a little darker than the rest and it felt tacky to the touch. I brought it back to the store where Becky and Samantha examined it closely and agreed that something was just not right. Becky offered to order a new upholstered leather top to replace it. The second top arrived and it is in fine shape. I really appreciate Becky's offer to replace the top. It demonstrated to me the willingness of the business to accommodate its customers. This ottoman really is gorgeous. It is made with Stressless' top-of-the-line leather called Noblesse. It's the softest most supple leather I've ever felt and worth the price, IMO. If you're thinking of purchasing Stressless leather furniture, I'd urge you to save up a bit more so that you can buy their Noblesse leather. It is so luxurious! And, I'm delighted that Danish Furniture Colorado is here in Longmont and that Becky and Samantha are so willing to go the extra mile to please their customers!
