I have had multiple problems with Cropwell Pharmacy. They keep telling me the doctor never called to refill a scrip, when I know from the 26 years I've been dealing with my doctors, that's incorrect. The problem has been ongoing. Today was the final straw... I called the pharmacy twice in the last few days to find out if my warfarin refill was there. The doctor had given me only 40, since I needed my INR levels checked first. That was done Tuesday. When I specifically asked if the ENTIRE script was there, I was told yes. Fast forward to today when I went in and discovered it was NOT the entire script, it was only forty. When I started questioning them about the wrong information I was given, I was told I was abusing the employees. I did not curse or swear, I questioned why they got it wrong again. After no cursing on my part, the owner called me "an asshole" and told me to take my business elsewhere, which I have already done. May I suggest if you're using this pharmacy, do what the owner says...take your business elsewhere!!

When my husband asked if they have coins, the employee in the store confirmed that the store was dedicated to the 19th amendment and suggested another store to visit. There were a ton of t-shirts, bags, mugs etc. with messaging about the 19th amendment and inspirational messages for women. I ended up buying a mug that said that women can be their own heroes if they can't find a hero. The man working in the store was friendly, helpful and passionate about the store's mission. I feel like more stores like this are needed and sincerely hope that the store is a big success.

I was surprised to learn the store is under new ownership, and I am so happy to be able to say that I LOVE the new owners. We wish Odie and his family well, and a happy retirement. The store has been left in great hands! I had the same level of "family business" personal treatment today that I have always received there. The store is just as immaculate as it always has been and has an even fresher feel to it. The items in the cases are still beautiful. Sara is still there as the store manager. Jasmine and her husband are the new owners. Jasmine's jewelry expertise and advice were invaluable, she took great care to acknowledge and address every one of our concerns, and had excellent suggestions we hadn't thought of. I felt the prices were very reasonable. I left knowing our prized possessions were left in safe and expert hands, and we have still a family-owned jewelry store to go to for years to come.

Mini-MI loves to buy little knickknacks for her room and as gifts for birthdays. Everything is in little sections and by occasion, there isn't much elbow room in some sections-- so I would suggest you carry your toddler or baby, not room for a stroller. It can be really warm inside I don't think its from the heater as much as its a small building without open windows and twice the perfume or air freshener is a bit overpowering. We have yet to eat at the café but I have had friends who have enjoyed it in the summer time and say its nice. I'll have to check it out.

Everywhere I looked there were flowers. Roses to be exact. The store is arranged nicely for the amount of space they are working with. Be very careful...this is not a place to bring your stroller into unless you want to risk knocking something off the rack. Prices are a bit steep. I can understand to an extent. The chocolates being sold were from another store (as per the label), so in order to make a profit, there had to be an upcharge. It makes sense...you're paying a little more for the convenience of gettting...say the chocolate and some other gift all in one place. It's nice to have the option, but if you're looking for reasonable prices, it isn't happening here. I appreciate the off the wall items that are unique. They have Alex and Ani, and other bracelet brands I haven't heard of that might be the next hit. I was bummed about not seeing the entry forms for the lipstick kiss contest. Over by that area was some coffee and mini biscotti. I wasn't sure if this was complimentary or something you had to pay for. A sign would help. The staff was friendly and helpful. A little too helpful for my taste, but I'm just a person who would rather look around on my own. I'm certain, on this weekend in particular, some of the men found the willingness to help pick out items and answer questions very pleasing. The bag you receive your purchase in is cute. I would have preferred to have been asked if I wanted to be on the mailing list as opposed to asked for all of my contact info prior to ringing me up. In a small shop like this, I didn't know if it was a requirement of sorts for the transaction because it wasn't mentioned to me what the info was for. Overall, this shop definitely has a niche - there aren't many places that specialize in some more unique women's gifty items as well as serve a light fare amidst a patio. I'm glad this shop exists, and I like that they have a Yelp promo. I'd return if I was in the area.
