Let's face it, nobody has time to dry clean everything and when a tag says "machine wash delicate, air dry", and I follow those directions, I expect it to be the same size and shape the next time I wear it. Sadly, more often than not, the tops shrink. Sizing up doesn't always work, as shrinkage isn't uniform or predictable. These clothes aren't cheap, so one expects better wear. Granted, I'm cheap and buy clearance, making it far less painful. Note: Staff are always a pleasure to encounter.

They do not accept returns on washed merchandise...Jen was condescending (kept calling me hun) and argumentative (insisting there was no shrinkage).
