The person who seemed to be the owner was rude, arrogant, and clearly has no idea how to treat customers. Instead of being welcoming, he made the entire environment uncomfortable. There was even a family with kids in the store trying to enjoy themselves, and his behavior completely killed the vibe. It's honestly embarrassing to see someone run a business this way. After looking at other reviews, it's obvious this isn't a one-time thing--this seems to be a pattern. If this is how you treat people, don't be surprised when customers stop coming back.
