I was standing in the online pick-up line, waiting my turn, when some random woman strolls up and gets helped before me. When I politely pointed out this obvious screw-up, Jenypher decided to gaslight me with the weakest excuse ever, claiming the other woman was there first. Spoiler alert: she wasn't. No apology, no effort to fix her mistake--just arrogance and incompetence rolled into one. If this store insists on hiring employees like Gaslight-Jenypher, they might as well rebrand as 'Carters: Where Customer Service Comes to Die.' You can shop at Ragamuffin (high end children's store in Modesto) and get a beautiful outfit with socks and bow for that price and still have spare change in your pocket.
