GF blames concrete moisture (which they measured before initial application with no mention of issues), but no problems with neighbors who had concrete ground and prepped before application. He sent one check for $475, and is now refusing to give us the balance. He totally destroyed all our moldings, dented our custom wooden staircase, and left huge gaps between the slats of wood. It took me 52 hours to repair the moldings. He sanded the floors so deeply that we now have hundreds of silver nail heads showing. His work was not dust-free as he claims on his website. I had to vacuum all the walls and blinds when he left. We lived downstairs while he was working, and it took him 5 weeks to complete the job. He was full of excuses as to why the job was taking so long. He now claims that he is going out of business-good decision!
