My wife had equipment installed by KansasLand in Clay Center. When we took it to another mechanic…read morein Wichita, the mechanic said that the equipment had been so poorly installed that the person in installed it should be fired, and that the wiring was exposed on the outside of the frame of the car. They said that if she had been driving in the rain it could have electrocuted her. I called KansasLand to try and have them correct their mistake and "Buddy" was incredibly rude and dismissive. I am currently pursuing this with the manufacturer of the equipment they installed, but getting the run around. Not only was their work dangerous, but the worker I talked to, Buddy, was a complete jerk. Wouldn't recommend. Looking to make them pay for the damage they did to our vehicle. 0 Stars warranted.

The value they provide is not just with their good prices(which they are), but the attention to detail and the peace of mind that provides is worth far more to me. It's worth my drive from Salina to get this level of service. I have them do alignments, brakes and tires, each time at the right price, and done when they say it will be done. The first time I needed a significant repair but couldn't afford it, so they offered a temporary fix, with the understanding there was zero guarantee it would last more than a few miles. 150,000 miles later it was still solid. This time I had been told I needed a transfer case, expected to spend thousands. The owner called me back and indicated he'd love to sell me one, but I didn't need it, only had a minor problem. He knew I was expecting to buy a transfer case, and could have certainly sold me one, but was honest enough to tell me I didn't need it. Clearly an honest business man.
