After having the area dissolved twice about six months ago, I was left with uneven volume -- my right under eye looked good, but my left side appeared hollow and skeletal. Dr. Greene took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He carefully explained the challenges and risks involved in correcting previous filler, especially in the delicate tear trough area, and I appreciated how honest and clear he was. His manner was professional, reassuring, and very personable, which immediately put me at ease. During treatment, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his technique. I could tell he was placing the filler deep, close to the bone, to avoid the superficial swelling and discoloration I had experienced in the past. His approach felt precise and intentional, and I genuinely felt I was in expert hands. He used a needle rather than a cannula, which I believe allowed for greater precision -- especially in the hands of a clinician with deep, expert knowledge of facial anatomy and tissue planes. Gets in there up to her elbows and gets to the bottom of your problem spots and fixes them. Yes sometimes it hurts a little but the end result is worth it. In woman speak she's the holy grail of the best closet you could ever walk into. Every so often she would check on the level of pressure and comfort. I enjoyed every minute of the massage. Unfortunately when it was over I realized she only did a 45 minute session. It would have been nice to get the whole 60 mins but I'm not the type to complain. At least the service was good so I was satisfied with that. After the Swedish massage I tried the hydrolux water bed. You're able to control the speed and pressure of the machine. It was pretty neat to try out. Overall the experience was good.
