I was however able to pay with Apple pay which is something that attracted me to go there once more. Definitely never again. I don't normally like female massage therapists. They or she are not strong enough to really get in there. I thought she dilly dallied way too much. She was fumbling with oils and it kind of felt like she was stalling and not really into it. At one point she even dropped a bottle of oil. I understand work sucks but I'm paying a lot of money so suck it up and do the work. She barely pulled my muscles or stretched any bones. Terrible job.

Then checked out the pool, it was empty when I was there with pitchers of cucumber and lemon water. I could tell the cucumber wasn't being replaced so while it was cold it wasn't the best for a spa. Also no tea anywhere I went but maybe that was just my experience. I did enjoy the yoga and pool alot. The reason I am giving less stars is because of actually a few reasons. The sauna area in the women's locker room was filled with very loud people who even talked inside the sauna. It was very un-zen like. I think the spa should make sure the areas that people are using are quiet. Also, there is a small room in the back of the locker room with a couch and a chair but it's very small and has no tea and there was a garbage can keeping the door open. That said, the ceiling of the room with wooden planks and the music was very peaceful. For a day pass it can be a good deal to do yoga and relax at the pool but I wouldn't come here for a full on spa experience the treatments looked very expensive for and place that is not super high end, it's nice but not that exclusive or luxurious to warrant such high prices. I actually enjoyed my experience other than the loud women and minor issues. Adding more yoga classes on the weekends would probably bring more people here. Hope this review helps them and anyone wanting to go there out!

Shocked that a 50 minute Swedish massage there was only $149 and a deep tissue massage was $179...at JW Marriott!!! Then we looked at locations closer to home so we could stop by on our way back home. Stumbled upon Hand & Stone Massage and Facial's introductory offer of $79.95 for a massage or facial. So we opted to do both. SCORE!!! We secured an appointment online. I have checked out this spot before. They are located in the Weston Road Shopping Center next to Pinch-A-Penny Pool Supplies. Erik assisted us when we arrived and checked in for our appointments. We had to complete some forms and Erik brought us a heated neck pillow and some watermelon water. Once everything was completed, our massage therapist came out to greet us and showed us to our massage rooms. My massage therapist was Elizabeth and she was very sweet. I was getting the Swedish massage. Elizabeth discussed some options I could consider like the hot stone therapy since I have some stress and back pain, old age I tell you. I passed this time but would consider it for next time. Sounds relaxing. Elizabeth was great and for a petite young lady, she had very strong hands. We chatted a bit but I was relaxed during the massage and almost fell asleep. The massage was really good and I would totally come back to see Elizabeth. After my massage, I changed into a robe and was guided to a sitting area in the hallway to wait for my esthetician. Saw my hubby during my wait as he went into his facial. He looked like he just woke up from his massage. Ha. My esthetician was Fabi and she was wonderful as well. She checked my skin and asked me questions to see what my skin concerns were and we talked about my skincare routine and products I use, etc. As she started with my facial, we got to dig deep into my skin issues which is melasma. I got melasma after my third kid, this is common after pregnancy and all the hormonal changes to your body. No fun. Anyway, Fabi was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in trying to help me figure out skincare options for my melasma and steps to improve my skin. I really enjoyed talking to her and learning so much. My facial was fabulous and my skin felt amazing afterwards. I am considering Hand & Massage membership to come see Elizabeth and/or Fabi on a monthly basis. Alyssa at the front desk helped answer some questions regarding the membership options. Basically the membership is an option to join without a contract where you pay a $169.90 enrollment fee but get $100 of that enrollment fee back for your first time. Basically you're paying $69.90. Each month, you pay $79.95 for a massage or a facial, your choice. Versus the regular price of $139.95 per service without membership. You can pay for additional services each month or add-on options too. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. My experience was really nice and way better than I anticipated. I wasn't sure what to expect since this wasn't an actual spa, so to speak. When compared to hotel spa locations. I would recommend this spot and go see Elizabeth or Fabi, they were both wonderful.
