Prices are high! Too high for the thickness of the burgers. That being said, they do load up the toppings if you ask for it. These are more "smash burger" style patties, but they are tasty. The fries are ridiculously overpriced, and for the portion you get, they are not worth the cost. The value here doesn't warrant return visits for me. This is a once in a while burger spot, in my opinion. Especially with In-and-Out right around the block! I can get 3 burgers for the price of one vs. this establishment. All this being said, they do offer complimentary peanuts. Which, if you wanna sit and hang out and chat inside, is a nice perk. My boyfriend treated us to five guys for dinner celebrating me, I chose this place because it had been a while since we came last, and I wanted a good burger. They greet everyone as they come in, and the staff were patient when looking at the menu. I chose the small bacon cheeseburger and added lettuce, ketchup, and grilled onions. They don't charge extra for more toppings, which is great. The burger is by far my favorite fast food burger! Cooked perfectly, juicy, and so falvorful! We all shared the large frie, there were so many, even more in the bag that we didn't even eat them all. I also got a strawberry shake with whipped creme, it was so good! Bits of actual strawberry in it and so creamy. This place is very expensive, it cost $60 for the 3 of us because everything is separate, they don't do combinations. I really enjoy a Five Guys burger when I want a good burger and don't want to go to a fancy sit-down restaurant. Five Guys does have a kind of fast food feel, but quality is way better. I will say though, that compared to a regular fast food joint, this place can seem a bit pricey, but when I'm really craving it... the price seems worth it. The menu is very simple but they offer good options. I've had their burgers, hot dogs, and grilled cheese. All are good in my opinion but you can't go wrong with a classic cheeseburger. My food always comes out hot and veggie toppings always seem fresh. They are also extremely generous with their fry portions! They give you your ordered portion and then, it seems as if they top your portion off with extra fries just for good measure. The fries are one of my favorite things to have here! When Five Guys opened in town a couple years ago it instantly stole number one spot for best fast food burger in town. Hands down beats Culver's and any of their other competition. My usual go to is a double bacon cheese burger with mayo, lettuce and tomatoes and they never seem to fail to make me smile and dish out excellence. Their fries are banging and to boot if I'm feeling a little extra I tend to get one of their milkshakes which go perfectly with burger and fries. The most important thing I tend to take out of a restaurant experience other than leaving satisfied is also leaving not feeling bloated or sluggish. Pricey for a 'fast food' burger but the freshness is undeniable. This newer location on the East side of the Springs has had it's growing pains. We've been in several times since it opened. Many of our first trips resulted in calls to management to correct issues with the order (burgers on buns when ordered without and such.) Each time they were very nice about the mistake and made it right. I only post this as background, not so much as a complaint. But my most recent trip was fine, well except getting Cajun fries when we asked for regular fries with seasoning on the side. I love the seasoning... the wife, not so much. But we dealt with it. I ordered a bowl because I have allergies to bread. I ordered a cheese bacon hamburger bowl with vegetables. I received some of the vegetables, bacon and no burgers. I called to complain and was told I could come back to the store or they would email me a coupon. I chose the latter because it was after 8 P.m. and I was putting my grandson to bed. I have received nothing. Also, this was the second time a special order was incorrect. A previous time they did not include cheese on a bacon cheeseburger bowl.
