Just over a month ago my wife and I were on our way to the hospital to get induced with our first child. Needless to say we had been running around all day getting things ready and had not eaten dinner yet. We quickly stopped in the drive thru to pick up meals. Once at the hospital we got settled in and they were about to get started with the drugs to get the birthing process started. So we decided we should eat our dinners before things progressed. Wife was super happy, but I was a bit sad. They had forgot to put my sandwich in the bag. I called Jimmy Johns to get my money refunded and explain why I couldn't just come back to get my sandwich. The manger was very nice and apologized for the mistake. He had one of his delivery guys go across town to deliver my sandwich to me in the hospital. He also included a couple of free sandwich coupons and wrote congratulations on them. It was a very nice thought even though. It is very rare to find this kind of customer service anymore. Not the fastest Jimmy John's but very friendly. It took a few minutes to order and then 5 or 10 minutes at the window. Mistakes can be made. Come to find out that the car in front of us received the wrong order and they tried to give me theirs. Fortunately, while waiting I watch the individual in front of me checking his order and pulling around to the front of the building. The drive through then tried to give me his order. It took a few moments but my order was resolved. Mistakes happen. Friendly service and the chain should be proud of their workers with dealing with customers who receive the wrong order. read more

We ordered for a staff meeting consisting of 11 orders. Not a single sandwich was labeled, making it impossible to determine each order. Quite a disappointment they could not take an extra minute to label them. This is especially concerning with Covid, no one wants to go through everyone's food to ensure they get what they ordered. My go to JJs sandwich is the club Lulu (#16), which is basically just a BLT, and I add some extra veggies. The service really is freaky fast, by the time that I pull up to the window to pick up my order, it's already ready. We also often get the "day old" bread to use for making sandwiches at home, it's a great deal, especially since the bread is usually only a few hours old - not actually a day old. My only gripes are the price, they're a bit more expensive than my other go-to fast food places that include a side and a drink, and they charge for a cup of water which I didn't realize til after I placed my order. I don't mind paying for it, but it just would've been nice to know ahead of time since it caught me off guard. read more

Sitting here right now. Sandwiches are good. Same as any Jimmy Johns. However. Staff is super awkward like they hate each other. The only one who offered any kind of smile is the tall kid with short hair. When we walked in I noticed Linkin Park playing on the radio. I am a fan of LP. The music changed to thrash metal screaming and the volume was way too high. I asked for them change the music as I don't want to listen to that while I have lunch with my 11yo. They just look at me with blank stares. Super uncomfortable. They turned it down. I went back up to order another another sandwich to go and there is the screaming rock music blaring again but this time the word fu****g is heard. I told them them please again just turn it down. I was nice, told them with a concussion I have suffered from is making my head weird out with their music choice. One, the music is not appropriate in an establishment like that and two, people who are employed by this establishment should get trained on customer service and making people who are there feel welcome. You order and before you have time to put your debit card back into your wallet, your sandwich is prepped, wrapped and waiting for you. Sandwiches are reliably good and this location is especially great because it it a drive thru. I wish the worker manning the drive thru window didn't have old mustard stains all over her apron. Be very careful at this Jimmy Johns location when it comes to your credit/debit card information. An employee tried to charge their gas fill-up 3x on my debit card which I had used to pay for a delivery to my work location about 2 weeks ago. Fortunately, my bank noticed right away, froze my account and reissued me a new card. FYI--Almost a year ago, this franchise charged my debit card twice for an order that they failed to deliver.
