This is weird to write. I've never had a bad experience with this specific location. Granted, this was maybe my third time in 2 years. The fries were cold and overcooked So many of them had black spots (which is due to improper storage). We got three beef and cheddar sandwiches. Two of them were okay, but slapped together in such a hurry. The third, mine, had giant end-pieces in it that were tough as rubber. It looked like they were making food way ahead of time. The staff was so friendly, and fast (6 sandwiches, 3lrg fries, and 3 drinks) the manager realized the employee at the window overcharged me and let me know as soon as she found out. I was so impressed with her honesty. This review is for the sandwich I just had from this Arby's location. I am typically satisfied with this business but this sandwich did not meet my expectations. After seeing a commercial for the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, I decided to try it. Turned out to be a total waste of money. The burger was cold, very dry and actually raw throughout. Went through the drive through and ordered a meal and an extra sandwich and was told by the guy on the speaker that my total was $10 and some change, well when I drove up to the window the girl told me my total was # $17 and some change. I told her that that's not what I was told by the guy who took my order. I then proceeded to tell her that he said my total was $10 and some change, all she said well theres nothing i can do. We were staying at a Hotel nearby and were walking to grab food. We have no car so we needed a place where the dining room was still open. Google said this location dining room was open til 10pm and Drive-thru til 11:30. I wouldn't feel bad ordering to go from the dining room when the kitchen is still taking drive-thru orders. When people ask the question of who's keeping Arby's in business, I say me. I grew up on Arby's from a very young age. Their classic Roast Beef Sandwich has been a staple of my childhood. Now when I say I will never eat Arby's again I mean I will never eat from this particular Arby's Restaurant again. I ordered Two Classic Double Roast Beef Sandwiches with a large fry and large Sprite. I shared the combo with my little one and now two hours later we're both contemplating life on the toilet. This used to be a great place. Although they recently remodeled inside, don't let it fool you. Staff are not well trained. I've been there three times in the last month since moving back to Colorado Springs and they have all been bad experiences. First visit there wasn't one clean table to sit at and most were empty just sitting there with crumbs and junk all over. The second visit I ordered a roast beef sandwich and the beef was cut so thick that it didn't seem right. It needs to be thinly cut. Not a huge deal, but also dirty tables. The third visit was drive through and this was yesterday. I ordered a combo meal and as I'm driving away, I grab a crinkle fry as I usually do and I couldn't believe it. It was room temperature! Seriously, zero hot! I wanted to go inside and complain but the lobby was closed and I didn't have time to go through the drive through lane again. Wow, serving cold fries. I've been going to this location at Cheyenne for a long time and never had a problem before so I'm torn. I reaching far I know but this must be a management issue because the issue I'm about to explain is the identical issue on 8th St location for years, now it's move to Cheyenne Mtn. I went to drive thru ordered Bacon Beef & Chedder, Curly Fries, Jamocha Shake, Apple Turnover. Got home and I was angry!!!! The only thing perfect was my shake. The beef & chedder was missing bacon and half the meat; the bun was then the meat by half; meaning I had cut the bun in half and had 1/2 sandwich. The curly fries, I got to eat 1/2 the other 1/2 was burnt to crisp; the apply turnover was wet and soggy had throw away. So I'm assuming the 8th St Manager must of moved to the Cheyenne Mth location because nothing else makes sense. Never had a issue here in 5 years. But I'm DONE!! I will drive the 10 min extra distance and go to Mess Ridge Pkwy Arby's; they are brand new been there at least once week always top-notch PERFECT. read more

Placed an order through take out a little while ago. I had four separate orders. The person taking the order was great, as was the cashier when I pulled up. The jerk manager certainly was not. I was being handed food and handing money to the cashier. I had a 50% off coupon for the last order. Because of all the handling back & forth, I dropped my phone between my seat. The coupon was on my phone. I reached down for a second to grab it when I hear the jerk manager say "You're supposed to have that ready. Don't you see the cars behind you" Well, jerk manager, I dropped my phone between grabbing the food I purchased from your restaurant and paying your restaurant for said meals.
