The burgers are amazing, but the fries are not so much. We ordered a large number of fries to share and didn't eat half or more. They are crispy, but a little soggy inside. Has anyone on Yelp really not tried Five Guys yet? I freaking love burgers, if this means I am going to hell, well not sure this would be the sin that would tip the scales but guess a lot of other people will be joining me. I read a statistic years ago that stated the amount of hotdogs only (not including burger meat) that the USA eats on a yearly basis, if put length wise next to each other would stretch to the moon and back. Just food for thought pun intended. Now onto the burger review of Five Guys. These go down easy, not overcooked, and the regular size burger is a double patty. You can also order a Lite Burger if you want to save room for their very fresh fries that come from a different supplier either every day or every week. There is a sign up on the wall from where the fries are from which imo seperates Five Guys from the rest of the burger joints. My friend was visiting from another country where they had just opened their first Five Guys and apparently the line wraps around the block. She wanted to see what all the hype was about and she was not disappointed. The prices are great considering the quality of food and the ingredients they use. Five Guys uses fresh ground beef, nothing is frozen, and use only peanut oil for frying. The topping and sauces are free and fun to try different combos. I also love the spicy Cajun fries, they remind me of crab fries. Five Guys is my go to place for burgers. This location is a very good example. The staff was friendly and the location was clean. The burger (no bun) was cooked well and was quite tasty. As I mentioned before I like 5 Guys because they have peanuts which is a good low carb alternative to fries. The only negative is that I ordered my burger "all the way" but it came without the grilled onions which "all the way" is supposed to include. The bottom line is I generally like 5 guys for burgers and this location was no different. read more

Whenever I'm craving fast food I opt for five guys. In my opinion it's a solid fast food burger and worth the $9.00. I recently stopped in and order a double bacon. As always it was cooked right and fresh. My biggest complaint would have been the wait. It took quite a while for a burger and fries. The employee did apologize which was nice. This particular location is like most others with the complimentary peanuts and is very clean. I love the fact someone is always sweeping up. Horrible food, manager Cynthia is openly racist, homophobic, and ableist to both her coworkers and customers, calling one of her coworkers the "D slur" because they were lesbian, and called me the F slur because I was complaining about cold food. This restaurant has the worst service, and the food doesn't even make up for it. The cheeseburger I ordered was undercooked and of course when I complained about it the aforementioned occurred. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone here. The horrible service on top of the disgusting food should be enough to steer people away. read more

This rating is strictly in comparison to other 5 Guys Burgers and Fries I have sampled. I think this is the 5th or 6th Cinco Hombres for me, and sadly, the worst of the bunch. The shop was practically empty when mi hijo y yo arrived around 6:30 pm on a Monday night. That seemed peculiar at dinner time. Nonetheless, we ordered our burgers; son a purist wanting only beef and cheese, and dad a single, no cheese, but with sautéed onions, mushrooms, and jalapeno slices. We split an order of flies. When the brown sack arrived it had the traditional oily blotches. Unwrapping the aluminum foil packaging, I beheld a semi-crushed orphan baby of a burger, pinched and abused and looking for all the world like it required life support. Whoever birthed this child needed a slap and handcuffs. But, realizing this was only a metaphor, I ate it after lifting its lid to slide ketchup on its head. I know; I know. I should have done something. It wasn't that they tasted that different then the other sliders from this chain, but that they came to us unloved, and unkempt. Where was the care, poor child? I could not figure out if this was standard for this location, or if we had somehow violated an unwritten rule about how much to order. Perplexing. Apparently, we were not the first to confront this odd phenomenon. Looking around at all the empty tables clearly articulated that there was a problem. I had just been too slow to grasp it. Update 2.18.2014 Stopped in after a long night meet at the Crowne Plaza Hotel down Street Road. First thing I noticed was that the entire kitchen crew was made up of women. The second thing I noticed was that although they were busy on the grill, one chef shouted over to us to ask if we both wanted doubles, so she could throw them on while standing there, even before taking our official order. That was a smart and efficient move. Third thing was that the burger arrived neatly wrapped in aluminum foil, and when opened, the burger was in excellent condition. Forth thing, it tasted great with sautéed onion and jalapeno slices. If something like this happens again, I will have to reevaluate my original impressions and review. I can't really get behind FIve Guys. In theory I should love this place; it's got solid burgers and it's not a fast food joint (at least not really). However, I am continually disappointed, or maybe not so much disappointed as just underwhelmed. The burgers are decent, very greasy and thick, with all sorts of good toppings. (Try an 'All the Way' style burger, it's pretty good). Still, five bucks for a "small" burger? Not really worth it. The fries are also overrated. I mean for two adults and a child here costs $25, and for that price you might as well go to a true sit down restaurant. Also they play obnoxiously loud music, so you can barely hold a conversation if you eat inside. Worth a try if you're a burger afficionado, but in my opinion far better fare and ambiance can be found elsewhere. read more

Greetings. Mitch Cumstein here. I'm not out to change the world. I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel. I did make a valiant effort to join the PGA Tour, but unfortunately fate had other plans for me. So now I live in Feasterville, Pennsylvania and troll Yelp. I stopped here recently; I've become a semi-regular. It's nice and bright in here. The tiles are whiter than any set of Titleist golf balls I've had the pleasure to play with--maybe that didn't come out the right way. Anyway, the burgers are fine. I just wish they didn't have to be well done. It's funny--the whole place is red and white: Red and white tiles; red shirts on the employees, with white lettering; a soda fountain serving Coke products (read: a red and white dispenser); white flooring; etc. You'd think they'd let you order your burger a little red inside. But . . . NO. It has to be well done. All burgers are prepared "well done and juicy." Is that possible? Well done AND JUICY? Well . . . yes, but it's difficult to pull off. I'd estimate the success rate at less than 20%. It's like going to a brothel. The brothel is well maintained. Everything is fairly clean and presentable. But the women there are all "well done"--it's a brothel. Could you end up with one that's "juicy?" I suppose you could, but again, that's got to be really hard to achieve given their level of "doneness." Now, will that stop ol' Mitch from placing an "order?" Nope. I'm a man, dammit. I've got an appetite for some meat, and I've got money to spend. Life has taught me that a well done woman can still show a man a good time. Dropped by the Feasterville Five Guys over the weekend, it was the final stop of a long legged journey of burgers, ice cream, and driving. The original idea was to save the best burger for last- I've been to five guys locations before, and usually the food is fantastic. IDK if it was a case of a bad night, a bad location, a fluke, or just being overloaded with decent burgers that Saturday, but things were underwhelming. Service was much slower than justifiable given only two other patrons were in the location, and one of them had already received their food. Fries turned out pretty decent, a little on the softer side, and less greasy than you'd expect, and there were a ton of them in a small order (IN typical five guys fashion). Burger on the other hand was unimpressive. Bacon wound up charred, Burgers patties too, not much in the way of flavor. Despite the overcooked meats, the cheese was un-melted and cold. Top this off with a far too roughly wrapped layer of tinfoil and you have a smushed, lukewarm burger, with cold cheese, and burnt meat. Fries were good though, and i love the five guy brand, if I'm ever up that way again ill give the Trevose / Feasterville location a second chance, to redeem itself, but I know it could have been a lot better than it was. The reviews are mixed but I had no issues with my experience. Friendly service, fast food and your typical Five Guys experience. In recent years they started posting the amount of calories in each burger, which makes you second guess your dinner or lunch choice, but only for a second. I always get a single patty, I can't finish a double. Always get a side of fries and grab the salt and vinegar....save that bag they gave you your food in and mix it all up. read more

We ordered at work a large DoorDash order and when delivered was missing items. When we called to tell them the woman who answered at first just put the phone down without commenting! The manager then answers the phone and apologized and said that she would give us a full refund. Although we were happy and thought what. Great customer service we still needed our meals! We told her we'd come back to pick up the missing items and the manger gave us half the refund! When we questioned she replied you should be happy with that! This was my first time having Five Guys. I'm sure I'll be back. Not often, because it would probably kill me, but I'll be back. I went with the regular which is actually two patties. I also chose "all the way" which was everything in black on the menu for toppings. Off the top of my head, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, pickles, mustard, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms. Wow, this was a freakin big burger. Next time I'll go with the small (one patty) The burger was pretty good. I can say that my taste in burgers has definitely been skewed by the fancy burgers I get downtown. This is a whole 'nother category. This is like a fast food burger but with really fresh toppings. Sure they give you two, but it sits pretty damn heavy. The bun was nothing to speak of. It was a bit soggy by the time I ate it because it soaked up the stuff that was on my burger. The fries are great! When you walk in they have 50lb bag of potatoes on the right hand side and they even have a small chalkboard showing you which farm they are from. Nice touch, I like that. When you eat them, they aren't battered, just cooked properly. Crispy outside, soft inside. Everything a good fry should be. So I'll be back. The last time I visited here, I got a Bacon Cheeseburger with Large Fries. However, when I got my fries, most of them were overdone and hard as a rock. I wrote it off because they were busy. But unfortunately, this time around, it was worse. My and my husband got our food and we were disappointed 1: In how long it took for us to get our food considering at the time, we were literally the ONLY ONES here(at least 20 minutes) and 2: How our food was. The fries were not hot. They were lukewarm if anything and they didn't bother to fill the bag up like they usually do. My husband's hot dog was okay, but my Bacon Cheeseburger was not very hot. But lukewarm. The bacon on the burger was rubbery instead of crisp like it usually is. My hot dog was good. All in all. For my 2nd time in a row coming here, I am leaving disappointed. I can only assume that after our food was done, it was sitting in the back before they got to calling our number. I don't know if the staff was having down time while making our food or talking without moving very quickly or whatever the case is, but I don't think I will be coming back to this location again. Mmmm.... greasy, delicious burgers and perfectly crisp, fresh fries. Five Guys locations never fail to deliver the most satisfying fast food burger experience you could ask for. This location has easy parking, friendly staff, and made a damn fine burger. I really appreciate the way they properly season the burger patty before they cook it. I got a bacon cheeseburger (single) with pickles, onion, and ketchup, and a regular order of fries to share with a coworker. The double burgers are massive, you're definitely going to need a nap after one of those. The burger was excellent and the fries were pretty much perfect. I wish they had more dipping sauces available for the fries besides regular ketchup and malt vinegar, but this place isn't fancy and that's sort of the point. The soda machine, however, was super fancy and it took me a second to figure it out. I like it though, futuristic fountain soda. Best burger and fries you can buy ! Always fresh and served hot, free soda,ice tea refills is a huge plus. Review of visit 8/19/19 ~1:00pm. The burger meat in most 5Guys is a little overcooked but ours were cooked perfectly for this visit, nice sear on the outside and plenty of juice on the inside. Toppings were fresh and added to the overall flavor of the meal. Fries were a little too salty and just short of being crisp of the perfect french fry. Most of the staff was courteous but the register person seemed to not care about service to the customer and ignored a request for "well done grilled onions. There was no reaction or "thank you" when we left a generous tip in the tip jar which is in plain view of the register. The store was clean and the condiment station well stocked and taken care of, The floor near the soda station was a little slippery and posed a fall risk. The regular size of fries is enormous so I usually get the little size and it's perfect. Along with the food, they also have really cool fountain machines and handicap accessible iced tea machines. (which didn't benefit me much as I just like a plain cheeseburger) but my boyfriend took advantage adding 4-5 extra toppings. Fries were gooood too! For just a little place (no atmosphere) with only/burgers and fries to offer, it was somewhat pricey though.. Love the food but recently saw an employee who was not AT ALL happy to serve us. We came in at 9 pm on a sunday, an hour before close and were given the dirtiest look upon arrival. Another family came in behind me and i heard the cashier say "you've gotta be f*ckin kidding me" out loud, in front of the family. Another family came in after that and he gave them the biggest eyeroll, to his face. According to my receipt, the cashiers name was John D.
