The experience was just not the same, and to make it worse, my bowl started leaking and breaking because of all the juices and no rice to absorb anything. I went back through the drive-thru -- and that's when I saw employees handing out bowls with rice. I was beyond disappointed. They told me the rice maker had been broken since Sunday, yet somehow they had rice for online and pickup orders only? That is absolutely unacceptable. If you're out of a core ingredient, it should be consistent across the board -- not withheld from walk-in customers. Super frustrating experience and very disappointing overall.
