Five Guys makes the best grease burgers! Grilled on steel that is seldom cleaned during hours of operation, the beef sizzles until well done, when it is lifted off the heat and placed on a bun already prepared with whatever accessories you want. Whatever else they do to the body, they are incredibly tasty and provide excellent lubrication to the alimentary canal. In addition, 5 Guys make great fries that far outclass their better known brothers. Their signature move is to toss extra fries in the brown paper bag after putting in the primary load carried in a paper cup. Excessive, but nicely so. Same goes for their shakes, which are also superior to the beef pucks. They are creamy, sweet cool ice cream splurges. Pricey, but the super caloric craving supercedes the doubtful overall nutritional value. So, it is an upside down meal if you think about it, but certainly a ton of fun on a bun. Unbeknownst to me, I had ordered online from the Five Guys on Lincoln Highway, but not the road running through Bucks County, A/K/A Route 1, but rather the one in Lancaster, PA., over 100 miles away. My bad. I wrongly assumed that their locations were in order of proximity to where I lived. Not so on their app, so the reference to Lincoln Highway led me astray. You know, I saw what I expected to see (Langhorne rather than the actual Lancaster) and impulsively jumped the gun. This is where Five Guys superhero Tyler stepped in to save the day. When the shop didn't have my order, he asked to see my phone and immediately knew what had happened. Not for the first time, he explained. He immediately reordered everything on the register and comped the charges, knowing I had already paid their sister store. They could correct this internally. Tyler's superpower - being supercool and knowing exactly what to do without making me feel like a bigger smacked ass than I already did. All this coolness made the enjoyment of my "special meal" almost a secondary consideration. Was very excited to come to this location. And it did not disappoint. In my opinion this is the best burger in the east coast and yes I think it is even better than in and out. Placed my order at the front to a very polite attendant. Now it did take about 15 minutes for my order but that is for a very good reason. All orders are made fresh and that is how it should be. I order a bacon cheeseburger that comes with 2 patties. I add an extra patty because their burgers are the best. We ate in house and tables were clean with a peaceful environment. If I did have any complaints it would be the fries they just are not that great but what they do to make up for that is even if you order a small or large they fill your bag with enough fries you won't have any shortage. The peanut butter milkshake I order was a 10 out of 10. Milkshakes might be better than the burgers. This is a solid location with 10 out of 10 burgers and milkshakes. I will be back. read more

I love Five Guys, have been here many times, and never had a bad burger or hot dog. The burgers are top-notch. The meat is the best, juicy and fresh off the grill. When you come in, you go straight to the counter and look over the menu for a few minutes. The menu stays the same, so most people know what they are getting before they walk in, because it's a burger joint. You order at the counter and tell them what you want and how you want it cooked; they are pretty much on queue. The hot dogs are Nathan's, which I use at home; that's what I usually get. I love them because I have them put on mustard, ketchup, raw onions, relish, and cheese. It's really messy but so good! Let's not forget about the fries, which are hand-cut and perfectly seasoned. When you order small fries, it's like ordering two of McDonald's large fries. I can never finish them. They have very delicious milkshakes made to order, and they are thick and yummy! All your dressings are ordered with your entree; they have ketchup, salt & pepper, hot sauce, fountain drinks, and napkins at the tables also. There are no waited tables, they do have peanuts in the shell to munch on while you wait at some of the Five Guys, and the wait time is not long, or at least it's never been for me; they are quick. Everytime I've been to a Five Guys they are clean and restrooms always clean. Its dine in or take-out, wheelchair accessible, kid friendly, cash or card. I have only good thing to say about Five Guys. Its definitely a must try if your in the mood for burgers and fries. I love hamburgers and one of the best spots to get them is Five Guys. The burgers are flavorful, delicious and made to order with too many toppings to count. My wife and I ordered a large fries which we split. The container was overflowing with French fries and the bottom of our bag was filled with them. The fries are crispy golden brown on the outside and white and tender on the inside. We almost couldn't finish them all. I love that they have bags of free peanuts available to eat while one waits for their order. Also, their hot dogs are darn good as well. The staff were attentive and friendly and the place was clean. Whenever I am in the mood for a burger the first place I think of is Five Guys. I will eat here again and recommend it to others. read more

New Five Guys! We used to go to the one over in Ewing, but this is closer so we stopped in to check it out. Considering we're still in a pandemic, I have to say they did a very nice job with their Covid-19 protocols. The tables were well spaced out and the employees masks were on properly. Everything was clean too, which is saying something since most Five Guys are a bit rough around the edges. Regarding the food. Standard Five Guys. Fries were outstanding. Burgers were good, though a few of us commented that they seemed dry or overcooked. Ill have to check that out again next time. Also, they messed up order and forgot to put raw and grilled jalapeños on. Not the end of the world but disappointing. Four stars from me. Nice solid addition to the Langhorne area. read more

Food is soggy and burnt best thing here is the milk shakes, the service is ok but basic, clean place

My experience here was under mediocre. The bathrooms had no paper towels, staff were standing around. It wasn't even peak time. Everyone looked bored. The ketchup dispenser were empty and one of the pumps were broken. My burger bun was soggy and wet. The grilled mushrooms and grilled onions were not cooked to its full potential, leaving too much moisture in the burger. I didn't finish my burger because it was too wet to eat with a after taste of stale water, assuming it's from the undercooked mushroom. My fault for not saying anything but what's the point. The staff were young kids who don't have the zeal for cooking, being said by a former sous chef. They wouldn't care the fix the issue. The fries were sad, soggy and just warm because it's been under the warming light for the longest time I'm assuming. Idk from my past experience this was the grosses and most disappointing five guys experience I had. My first impression was "why is the floor so slippery" and I'm wearing sneakers. read more

The burgers were tasteless Square meat just like they do at Wendy's only Wendy's has taste to it . My granddaughter is hot dog was a backyard barbecue little hot dog stuck inside of a hot dog roll and for that it was expensive . I think people just like going to a place like this I no matter what the prices everyone says oh well that's covid . I'm originally from the DC area, where Five Guys started out. I was surprised to see that the burger was cooked to perfection, even better then the DC area as the burger was nice and juicy without excess oil. On occasion when I'm having a bad day, I'll also order the Little Cajun Fries. Luckily, for my order I saw that they poured a bunch in the paper bag as they always do. However, I did observe that for other orders they would just fill up the tiny cup until it was full which I know I would have been disappointed if I were to receive it in that way. My biggest issue with the fries was that there was TOO MUCH seasoning which made the flavor over powering and also too salty. I was having a really bad day so I forced my self to eat it, otherwise I would have just tossed it. In the future, I will just stick to the burgers at this particular location. read more

Five Guys is one of my favorite restaurants. I have been to plenty in New Jersey all the way to West Chester. The burger was good, as always. However, the fries were a problem. Every single restaurant I've been to, gives extra fries by putting the cup in the bag first and then putting the fries in the bag. I recieved literally one cup of fries on both my visits.
